There is a shake up in the top ranks of the Fiji Police Force after the surfacing of an alleged case of insubordination.
And the loyalty of two senior police officers to Police Commissioner Esala Teleni is now under scrutiny.

Police spokeswoman Ema Dimila confirmed yesterday the allegations were so serious a senior police officer had been questioned by a special investigation team.

Ms Dimila said the senior officer had been taken off duty for questioning last week.

Asked to elaborate on the insubordination claim, she said it was against Commissioner Teleni but details would only be released after charges had been laid.

She said another senior officer and a non-commissioned officer who was repatriated from Liberia would be questioned.

“This is a serious matter and I’ll leave it at that for the time being,” Ms Dimila said.

The special task team has been following the case closely and had collected evidence that “warrants a full investigation”.

Ms Dimila said it was important for senior officers to show their total allegiance to the commissioner.

“There is no place for unfaithful officers in the Fiji Police Force,” she said.

Ms Dimila said now Commissioner Teleni had the “total support of the Fiji Police Force”.

The two senior police officers were suspended when the case was first reported.

A second senior officer will soon be summoned for an interview, with the likelihood that he too will face charges.

“We’re taking the case seriously and we want to get to the bottom of it.”

She said senior officers in the force had been shaken out of their comfort zone when Commodore Teleni took over leadership.

Insubordination in a pigs arse.

Whatever happened to the so called transparencey and fight against corruption that the ig is much too fond of stating when in fact it is not allowing anyone in Fiji to express an opinion.

Truth be told the real policemen who have to work under the incompetent ketepoka polokobo tele ni are not given the opportunity to educate the fools from the army how to police.

This is a case of disgraceful workplace bullying by the illegal regime. The type of arrogant, ignorant behaviour that comes about when the a, ba, ca is complete da, as we’ve all come to witness over and over again with the full on total imcompetence of the illegal regime.

Then the illegal regime wonders why they are so hated by the people of this Island Nation, puuuuuuuuuhleeeeeeease! How can anyone have any respect for constipated thugs like tele ni and oink, Tungi Fisi’ ‘yes’ men, yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuk!

  1. Koya na Man Says Says:

The senior police officers under Teleni especially those who came under the leadership of the former comissioner are well groomed with the law and they are just keeping quite to provide for their family.

A policemens loyalty is first to the law and second to his superior officer under normal circumstances, but under the current situation its vice versa(military style).

The parable of the prodigal son comes back to mind, when he knows that he is soaked up with sin and sorrow he took a complete turn around after vividly recalling the abundance of life in his fathers house.

THis is what is going to happen guys, we are always boasting about christianity in Fiji, eventhough the people have been led to a wrong direction, but still the truth will set us free.

Isa o Viti…Isa o Bainimarama…nomu siga sa voleka. You will be removed from power very soon by the real players pulling the string.

The opening of the embassy in Tamavua is this month and marks the end of your time. The main player who have been dishing out the policy and direction for your operation will turn against you, because all this time you have been used.

Hope its going to be a swift and bloodless changeover.Like i have said before, all the time they have been behind the three coups but now they will appear in the forefront.

But my only wish is that, the changeover is not going to be the takeover of our sovereignty blamed on unpaid debts, insecurities & etc & they accessing our natural resource & oil.

    God Bless Fiji

  3. Hari Says:

Fiji have oil? where? when? how? what? who? I know about the gold,diamond- maybe? C02 gas -maybe, Propane gas- maybe,.Navo you figured that the US are behind this coup because of some kind of oil find somewhere in Fiji? Naw i don’t think so, US is more about keeping the world in a democratic state! There policy would have work better with the Laisenia Qarase Administrative ideals rather than an idiotic dictator such as we’re currently witnessing in Bainimarama.

  4. this is navoha Says:

Colonel Sanday who was second in command durings Nailatikau’s leadership declined an offer from the them to carry out the coup, because of his high moral values.Nailatikau was sent to Australia cos he declined too. However the third in command, the young Rabuka took the offer, knowing this will elevate his status(women, power & money)…just like stupid Bainimarama.

That famous meeting was held at the Fijian Hotel during a friendly golf match with the Late Kamisese Mara & one of them(coup specialist) & thats where Mara said..”there is no other way”

I think that why i believe something fishy is boiling up….cos Rabuka has severed all links with the military because of his ceased PM’s pension & other priviledge. So spilling the bean will not augur well with them.

God bless u Rabuka n tell the truth…that will ruffle some feathers n set Fiji free

  5. Annon. Says:

While Rambo’s telling the truth – maybe he could elaborate on the time several years ago he showed up on the Gold Coast Australia with $1 million in cash to invest – his financial advisor at the time? Non other than Brisbane based Hollywood George…

  6. Hari Says:

    Ofa, what you think?

  7. Annon. Says:

    Here’s another farce worth probing.

$6 million Vatukoula Trust Fund money + accumulated interest.

Suggest la close look at the private legal firm that handled it?

  8. Frida Says:

The illegl regime can only see the wrong done by others but they cannot see the biggest wrong they have done and are ding to the people of Fiji.
