The $11 LMFAO FIASCO – oink! oink!

Man this has got to be the laugh of the week, oink and his bunch of sweaty nuts have got to be the most ignorant tools breathing in Fiji today.

This incident really illustrates the utter stupidity of the illegal regime, there’s no other word for it,

Hey oink the Nation threw the book at you and your ignorant coupsters back in 5.12.06 and it’s recalcitrant behaviours like this that proves again how right we anti coup supporters have always been about the whole bloody lot of you.

WTF, it’s just too ludicrous that the losers in ficac, yeah cac alright will pursue someone for such a minor oversight, then sack three magistrates who dared to question the cacs about the futile exercise.

If that ain’t shit for brains it has certainly been revealed that oink and his coupsters, ficac and all sure are full of shit where the rest of us normal humans have brains.

UNBLOODY BELEIVABLE, but here you have it:

Fiji throws its heaviest book at dissenters

FIJI’S military government is pursuing a new strategy to silence critics: using the country’s Independent Commission Against Corruption to prosecute adversaries for minor misdemeanours.

So said one of Fiji’s best-known human rights lawyers, Imrana Jalal, after she was charged by the Fiji ICAC with seven counts of operating a takeaway restaurant business without a licence. She denied the charges.

The commission did not explain why it was prosecuting such a case, for which the maximum penalty is an $11 fine.

Fiji Law society president Dorsami Naidu said the commission “should not have become involved. I can’t call it corruption”.

Suva Magistrates Court on Monday adjourned the matter until January 28, and directed that Ms Jalal and her husband and business partner Ratu Sakiusa Tuisolia not be allowed to travel overseas together.

Ms Jalal, a commissioner of the International Commission of Jurists, said that the restaurant of which she is a director, Hook and Chook, had applied for a licence but because of a delay in the Suva City Council’s processing of the application, it had begun to trade – like many other businesses in the city

The FICAC, established by the military government, is headed by Lieutenant Colonel George Langman, who said upon his appointment the commission was “drawing up a national strategy to refocus on the big issues of corruption”.

Ms Jalal was served with the licence charges by ICAC officers while she was staying with friends at a private villa 200km west of Suva.

When her husband’s case reached court two weeks ago, magistrate Mary Muir questioned why the ICAC and not the city council was pursuing so minor a misdemeanour. Last week, she and two other magistrates, Elsie Hudson and Eparama Rokoika, were sacked.

Any self-respecting dictator has to have organisations of thugs which keeps critics at bay. Hitler had the SS and the SA, Cassava Frank has the police, the military and FICAC. They have already succeeded to drive away our most educated and most productive citizens. Imrana will probably take the next opportunity to leave Fiji and who can blame her?

This interim government led by the three military guys,Frank & the two Epeli’s reminds me of a funny kind of insect called the processionary caterpillar that feeds upon pine needles.

In a group these insects move through the trees in a long procession, one leading, the others following-each with his eyes half-closed and his head snugly fitted against the rear(backside) of his predecessor.

I once read a story about these strange little beasts.

“Jean-Henri Fabre, the great French naturalist, after patiently experimenting with a group of these caterpillars, finally enticed them to the rim of a large flowerpot where he succeeded in getting the first one connected up with the last one, thus forming a complete circle which started moving around in a procession which had neither beginning nor end.The Naturalist expected that after a while they would catch on to the joke-get tired of their useless march and start off in some new direction. But not so.

Through sheer force of habit, the living, creeping circle kept moving around the rim of the flowerpot-around and around, keeping the same relentless pace for 7 days & 7 nights.

Incidentally, an ample supply of food was close at hand and plainly visible, but it was outside the range of circle;so they continue along the beaten path.

they were following instinct-habit,custom,tradition,precedent,past experience, standard practice, or whatever u may choose to call it-but they were following it blindly”

These caterpillars is a comparative analog of the top leaders in the illegal government.

Speaking with the father in law last week – told how he’d got a phone call
from the lavo ni malumalumu office telling him not too bother coming in to collect his (their) old age pension’s as they didn’t have any funds.

What puzzles me – us & him? Is that he’s a simple everyday iTaukei who’s payed taxes all his working life & has never been interested or involved in any form of politics? (until now).

This one of them subliminal message things?

Regime’s trying to tell us something?

Any news on Raw Fiji News ?

  5. Concerned. Says:

No – still encased in Khaiyum fixation.

Dare I say it? Watch closely FS – gov approved outlet?

Real FN been dormant for ages – must be still asleep grog doped – or on patrol (duty).

This is no small thing in the Village – this is basic ground zero subsistance money for a lot of iTaukei – flour sugar & tea.

So whats the plan & underlining objective here?

Send them back into the bush?

  6. Concerned. Says:

FS story worth a read – original 20 dismissals SCC now -’12 mum sent home’.

Whats that about? Bad diction – subliminal message – or regime now targetting mums working in SCC?

  7. Concerned. Says:

    PS.

Don’t worry be happy – bati ni wai via spokeman – via FS – just declared war on God – via MCF – demands removal of top 4 – including 1 & 2.

Notice they didn’t try this with the Catholics?

Know very little about Methodists theology – do know their a very competive congregation not adverse to a good fight – especially when fighting Patrons battles. Its now as they say – in other hands.

    Place your bets?

Commander is the last person who should be accusing others of a conflict of professional interest. (MCF political).

Suggest he locates – reads – thoughtfully considers his own most recent census form – especially the Q that ask’s – Occupation?…

  9. GO IMRANA! Says:

It’s rather saddening to see Langman[or Hangtheman] whatever his name is to charge someone with a $20 worth Penalty. It just shows the under-developed mind of an Uneducated scumbag who thinks he is doing a pretty good job! I understand his mentality as an Army Officer, a qualification that even our Wheelbarrow Boyz can achieve. At the same time I am VERY pleased with Ms Imrana who is putting up a good fight. Way to go Gal!

Imrana…Keep fighting and lets see those BASTARDS from the Army Camp come up with their Strategy full of Stupidity and NONSENSE! Why is it that our Soldiers are UNDER-QUALIFIED? I think its the so-called ‘Trickle-Down Effect’. Begins from the Top..Dont you think Imrana? Since Frank is merely a Seaman who didnt qualify as a Captain and got his rank through ‘masi-polo’..he will also choose people of the same callibre to carry on his Legacy of the ‘MOST UNEDUCATED POLITICIANS OF THE WORLD’.

STAY YOUR GROUND IMRANA AND TEACH THEM WHAT THE RULE OF LAW MEANS!

WE ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

  10. Annon. Says:

If ‘His Excellency the Prime Minister’ (FP) though running tourism – sugar – banking – judiciary – foreign & church relations etc etc was tough?
Suggest he closely monitors western horizon for iminent arrival of large colourful (hungry) silver bird with AP tatooted on its arse.

Gotta watch renegade bati ni wai? First army – lets see how he handles an air force? Bibles found unburned in warehouse infernos – big hungry univited birds – guess these’s are the sorts of unusual phenomena you expect when you declare war on the Lotu?

This is just nuts. But on the other hand, being governed by a bunch of loonies is dangerous, very dangerous as the nut case Pol Pot has demonstrated when he killed his opponents by the millions. The church spying on the military also reminds of Hitlers claim, that the Jews secretly dominate the world. We are moving into very dangerous territory indeed.

  14. Koya na Man Says:

This military government is now coming out with shit in their big mouth.

Their fear tactics shows their trait of cowardess, and very much shows the fact that they themselves have more fear than anyone else.
