Bainimarama Trip Despicable – mai ya so

Vore and his cronies just keep cranking up the shit just when you thought there was nothing else left for them to do. Chodo has come on board and said there is nothing wrong with Vore’s going to the games! Tell that to the suffering families in Fiji!!!

Now remember this is the same bastard who said there was nothing wrong with his 30 year back pay! It is amazing how low Chodo has stooped to keep in the loop, he fails to realise that one day, he will be held accountable for all this crap! Chodo’s selective short-sightedness will cost him long-term in the end!!!

Why is the Interim Government wasting money on overseas trips? This is the question put forward by Viti Taukei Workers Union General Secretary Taniela Tabu has labelled the planned trip of the Interim PM to the Beijing Olympics as despicable, adding with the sacrifice already taken by so many of the civil servants on their pay cuts, he doesn’t understand why the Interim Government wants to waste money on this trip.

Fijian Teacher’s Association President, Tevita Koroi who said that this money should be channeled to the plight of civil servants, especially in their day to day living.

Meanwhile, Fiji Nursing Association General Secretary, Kuini Lutua said if the trips are justified interms of being beneficial to the country, then those in authority should come forward with the amount of money used for these trips.

It is not always wise to respond to every invitation we get, as this will only see a decrease in the government coffers.

That is the sentiment of Fiji Teachers Union General Secretary, Agni Deo Singh who also questions the Interim Minister for Education, Youth and Sport, Filipe Bole’s latest trip to American Samoa for the Pacific Arts Festival.

Meanwhile, the largest public sector union, the Fiji Public Service Association General Secretary Rajeshwar Singh said they have no views on the matter and it is for politicians to consider.

I hear from within the walls of the Ministry of Finance that Bainibanana’s has spent more tax dollars on overseas travel in his time in power than the ousted PM did in his total time being PM..

I dare a reporter to pose the question to the Minister for Finance..

Just look at the spineless stand of rajeshwar sing in the last paragraph. I just cannot understand how the Fijians who dominate in numbers on FPSA cannot kick out the indian dominace of this union.

Well, no wonder the Fiji Public Service is totally fuck all as well. The inability of the Taukei in there to dismantle the Indian trade unionist monopoly on power in FPSA is a sad reflection of the kind of public service personnel in the Fiji Civil Service anyway.

Bula bloggers. Have been away for a little break with the family in LA. Just the break I need before coming back to the circus in Fiji. Man this place has certainly gone to the dogs. Very depressing driving through the big lovo pits in the middle of our main roads. What’s worse the maintenance guys just cover the potholes with dirt!
This place is f@#$%d lock stock and barrel!!!
Well at least we know our predictions are coming true! Vinaka bloggers and SV team.
    God bless.

  9. Meme Says:

A small truck load of soldiers could have Frank arrested and detained at the airport while other military officers are arrested throughout fiji .

Thanks for the comment above. I wish to caution you and everybody else though that Chaudhry knows fully well about what he is doing and is doing it wholeheartedly and intentionally. We must know that he has a plan with clearly defined Key Performance Indicator’s, etc, together with an entry and Exit strategy. They will all come to surface once the dusts settles.. Your assertion above that “Choro fails to realise that one day he will pay for the consequences of his action” [my own emphasis], is, in my view, missing the mark. We must know the Devil Chaudhry really is and that his current activities is based on a very well defined strategy fully and well backed by their Indian Nationalism. The alleged involvement of the Indian Government in the mystery Harvana Monies is only the tip of the iceberg. Chaudhry is well placed. He has both feet on the ground. He will ultimately be the one who will liumuri all of Bainimarama and his boys at the end.Chaudhry will be the name Bainimarama and his boys from Nabua will live to regret and he will haunt them till Kingdom come..

Good morning SV, sorry for this digression but the LPC Coup is now evident. We need urgent help folks, are we doing our country justice with our “passive resistence?” I look forward to the wisdom of Tui, Adi Kaila, Tuks and the rest of you PRO-FIJI freedom fighter’s. As for me, I’m starting to get really frustrated now and the slow pace of our return to democracy.

The audacity of the IIG and the election losers that support them no longer hide the shame of their actions.

Lau Provincial Council chairman Ratu Tevita Uluilakeba Mara is the latest inclusion into the National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF).

He replaces former Lau chairman Josefa Basulu.

Mara is the son of the late former President Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara and is the head of the military’s Third Infantry Regiment (3FIR).

Another new inclusion is new general secretary of the Arya Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji, Bhuwan Datt who replaces outgoing member Kamlesh Arya.

Arya has been appointed Fiji’s Acting High Commissioner to Australia, based in Canberra.

The announcement was made at the NCBBF’s fifth meeting which is currently underway in Suva.

    Another great letter in FijiTimes

    “” Voreqe’s record

Took power forcibly. No proven evidence of corruption ever produced. Taxes increased. Many wages reduced. Thousands of jobs lost. Paid himself an extra $184,000-00.

Appointed his own henchmen as senior civil servants and the heads of State-owned corporations, the police force and judiciary.

Many who opposed him dragged to Army Barracks and bashed … some died.

Attempts media control and deports two executives who refuse to support him.

Reneges on promises. Won’t allow elections until process changed to his own agenda.

Foreign investment slowed to a trickle. Foreign aid withheld until democratic elections occur. Economy severely damaged. Inflation rapidly rising.

“Fiji, The Way The World Should Be” is now “Fiji, where nobodywants to be”. Bainimarama has joined Robert Mugabe as one of the world’s worst dictators.

Bainimarama must go, but only Fijians can achieve this goal. Without guns, Bainimarama’s poweris terminated.

Family and close friends must convince every soldier that each Bainimarama order obeyed causes extreme suffering and hardship to all their nearest and dearest.

Fijian soldiers must lay down their arms until Bainimarama resigns and Fiji is returned to a democratic government.

Dear Islander: it is truly fustrating! Listening to the news this morning on what’s in the charter is just mind boggling!

  14. Peace Pipe Says:

Wish to thank Alan Lucas for his forthright comments on the pathetic and outrageous track record of the pig. At least it is publicised to the world in public through the FT. A daily dosage of this sort of exposure and attack on the ig is a great boon to our cause.

Hey people with the stoke of the pen we are all now called Fijians. How about that, a group of illegal insignicant individuals representing a minority decide who we shall be called without the consent of the Fijians. OMG what are we coming to now as the shoving down the throats begins with no concern whatsoever.

  15. newsfiji Says:

Peace Pipe – we all now called Fijians?????? Nodratou SONA sara!

    Chiu! Bloody bunch of illegals!

  16. Tuks Says:

Keep it up…dont lose your focus..There’s a breaking in the air and soon we wil see with our own eyes the fruits of own labours. Fully agree with you in your propositions. We need to keep pushing and push untl these illegals see the light o day and all hell will break lose against themselves. It is happening and we must never give up…Keep blogging ragone..

Did you see that Mugabe was stopped in Hong Kong from going to China ! Does nayone know if Frankie is still going and how can we do the same to him?

  20. Budhau Says:

Hey dude, Frankie ain’t no Mugabe or Hitler or whatever – so cut out the crap…and those Chinese…since when did they start giving a shit about human rights and democracy.

  23. newsfiji Says:

Budhau..i think your feelings have been hurt by comparisons of Voreqe to Mugabe.

For your information they are exactly the SAME..

Both assumed power through treason..claiming this and that, and then being extravagant and can’t let go..coz if no job is illegal PM he’d be back in his village with a kerosene lantern or candle..

Frankie is just like Mugabe no diff. And this wasnt about China’s human rights but about Mugs causing his own country embarrasment ….. POTE !

  26. Jese Waqalekaleka Says:

    @ Budhau,

although Mugabe maybe worse off than Vore, it has to do with degree of evil, but evil nevertheless because their mode of assuming power is the same, through the barrell of the gun.

Vore has transgressed more than Rabuka or Speight in executing his coup! 5 CRW murders and the blantant disregard of the law today, while all the bullshit going on with the People’s Charter and ‘clean up campaign’ with the full support and acquiance of Chodo, your hero.

Come, come Budhau, at least you will agree to that?
