Again small chodo speaks for his father and proves what a small kid he is

Suva Lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry says former Permanent Secretary to the Prime Ministers office Parmesh Chand should have realized that as a civil servant his first duty and loyalty is to the government and to the Interim Prime Minister.

Chaudhry says Chand should have done what Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama requested of him and provide him with accurate advice and remain loyal at all times. For someone not in government, how the #$%^ does he know what transpired between the two? These are examples of Chodo Junior and senior not differentiating issues of the State from their own and explains why Chodo senior used government funds to renovate his house while PM in 1999 and how he just simply divert $2 million Australian dollars raised in Haryana Statefor poor sugarcane farmers into his own personal bank account. It appears the Chodo junior is showing his access to classified government information directly from his father.

He says Bainimarama will always need people who can support him and not to disagree with him. Chodo Junior, like senior and the stupid pretending pig PM cannot differentiate between exchaning differing views to try and arrive at some common ground. Anyone with a different view from them is an enemy that needs to be eliminated. No wonder we have not moved on single inch in dialogue.

“He should reason things out with the PM if there are any issues of contention. The PM has got a very difficult task performing the duties of the PM as well as other ministries and he needs people who can support him not who will disagree with him, not people who will try and undermine him, so I think Parmesh Chand has got his just desert and I think the civil service will be better off without a person of his nature.”  What the %^&*(not even going to comment on this silly idiot). He needs to be locked up in the same cell as Jo Nata and Silatolu.

This story from Fiji Times just go’s to show what this bull shit interim government is finally coming out of the closet and their intentions are. I just can’t believe holier than thou informing all civil servants to take their leave as they cannot sell it back to the PSC and this prick of a self styled lamu sona prime minister is beginning to show his true family traits of a corrupt bastard like his brother selling his leave.Might as well sell Fiji. Oilei Noqu Kalou!

    Big payout

    VERENAISI RAICOLA
    Friday, July 18, 2008

TAXPAYERS paid interim Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama $184,740 in February for leave owed from 1978.

A Republic of Military Forces leave computation form obtained by The Fiji Times stated Commodore Bainimarama was paid for 698 days.

His Fiji National Provident Fund was boosted by $20,406.71.

The breakdown showed that the RFMF came to that payment after the commander’s basic salary of $263.77 was multiplied by 698 days.

His service allowance came to $3832.02, duty allowance was $23,013.92, gratuity for a year was $24,069 and for another 10 months it was $20,057.50.

Commodore Bainimara-ma’s expenses allowance came to $23,904.11, while his ration allowance was $5235.

When pressed for comments yesterday, the interim Prime Minister referred all queries to the army chief-of-staff, Colonel Mohammed Aziz.

Colonel Aziz, who denied this was a payout, said 40 other officers who were seconded since the December 2006 coup received similar treatment.

He declined to disclose the total funds diverted for this exercise.

“It is within the RFMF budget,” he said.

Colonel Aziz said since the payout, the RFMF issued a directive for all those on non-essential duties to take leave and that no one was to accumulate more than 30 days any more.

Colonel Aziz said although Commodore Bainimarama had taken leave since enlisting in 1975, the balance from all the years was never compensated.

“Unfortunately, this was not compensated in the period and was carried forward until Commodore Bainimarama was appointed interim Prime Minister,” he said.

“All this leave was impinging on the pay emoluments of the RFMF and, if carried forward, there would be more liability attached to it.”

Colonel Aziz said if he had not made the payment in February, then 3 per cent per increment would have been added.

“The payout was on a 5 per cent reduction and that was good timing,” he said.

Colonel Aziz said this was not a new practice and had been adopted for years.

On why the commodore was allowed to accumulate leave since 1979, Colonel Aziz said: “This is something that has happened and you would have to go to the commander in 1979 to ask him that question.”

“These practices are adopted by businesses and it is not a pay-off for the military.”

He said Commodore Bainimarama still had three months surplus leave that had not yet been paid out.

“We do not want service members to have too much leave accumulated any more,” he said.

Colonel Aziz said officers travelling overseas for missions accrued their leave because when they returned they reported to work.

He said Commodore Bainimarama could not be sent on leave because no one could replace him in office and that was why a payout was necessary.

“I would like to send everyone on leave but I do not have the opportunity,” Colonel Aziz said.

“For the commodore, who will do his job if I requested him to take time off?”

this was old news exposed on this blog a few weeks ago.

  3. Maqa a Leqa Says:

What a sham! I do not believe for one moment the view by Baldie Aziz that nobody could relieve Bhaini to allow him to proceed on leave from 1979.

Does Baldie think that the people believe this? Never in this world!

In any event Govt employees are not allowed to accumulate leave to the extent Bhaini did. In retrospect this regime follows the law only as far as it fits in with their agenda.

    God save Fiji!

  4. Kainoda Says:

Something is definitely wrong. Is it true that in 30 years, this guy has saved 689 day’s leave? How much leave is he entitled to per annum? At 689 days, he saved about 23-24 days leave every year since 1978. This is incredible. If true, the employment act has been breached and someone should answer. These other people should be investigated. What of Govt. regulation stipulating that at least part of leave entitlements be taken annually? Further, Fijians usually take some time off especially during Christmas and on important social occasions. An investigation into this is surely warranted. Or is this just a cover up for some extraordinary ‘cash’ payments made recently by by the pig in order to divert attention from other illicit sources of funds received by him?

  5. Lau Lass Says:

Baldie Aziz, Choroman, & all the coupsters are piling cash onto the PIG so that he does what they want !!!! IT’S CLEAR AS DAYLIGHT !!!!!

  7. LUVfiji Says:

@Indigenous. I like yr comment before rolling out this article from FT online, but you had to spoil it by acknowledging him as ‘prime minister’. Anyhow, luv yr post. What can we say, aye? Clearly, those in the regime are in it for themselves.

Im reminded of that song of yester-year:
    You’ll find whatever you feel
    You’ll lose whatever you STEAL
    Just like a spinning wheel
    The world goes round-and-round!

SV and bloggers have been right afterall.. and this, Budhau, is mere confirmation as we now have the payout down to the detail. Great stuff.. and great guy from the PayOffice that released the info. Bless the man!

And, did this junior of a snake have anything to do with the frustrations that drove Chand out of GB’s Level 4? Hmmm.. it wouldnt surprise me at all.

Our dear country still sits unsteadily on the wobbly three-legged stool. When is all this going to end? As Indigenous says, Oilei Noqu Kalou!

  8. kaiveicoco Says:

Simply unbelievable.FB now joins that exclusive elite club as John Sami.Very sad at a time when Fiji citizens are struggling to make ends meet, pay the bus fares to work and school, put 3 decent meals on the table etc etc this kind of news is just mind boggling.

  9. fuggedaboutit Says:

“I would like to send everyone on leave but I do not have the opportunity,” Colonel Aziz said.

“For the commodore, who will do his job if I requested him to take time off?”

…..The answer to that one is easy, just look to any Zoo or Research Center involved in the study of Primates. Any monkey could do a better job than that current Ignoramus of a Prime Minister!!

As Kainoda pointed out don’t be surprised if the Leave Pay is a smokescreen for some under the table payments that Frank has received. Good on the Fiji Times for bringing this to the Public’s knowledge.

While it is not surprising the lengths this Regime will go to to fill up their pockets, what message does that send to the Civil Servants who are awaiting their paycut restoration backdated to last year??

I hear that the Suva zoo had a female gorilla but no male with whom it could mate.

As all the money was used to pay green goons, they couldn’t import a male from another zoo.

The zoo keepers were thinking about what to do when bananasinpyjamas walked passed with his company of bodyguards.

” We know that he is hard up for money,” said the head keeper, “Let’s offer him $1000 to have sex with the gorilla.”

The keepers went over to bananasinpyjamas and said, ” We would like you to have sex with the gorilla for $1000.”

bananasinpyjamas said that he would think about it.

The next day he was back at the zoo on his own.

bananasinpyjamas said to the keepers, ” OK I’ll do it on 3 conditions.

    1. No photos to be taken.

Little chorro – you’re the most accomplished sycophant – you deserve the brown tongue (BT) award. Keeping bending over !!! you’re the best at it. I bet you acquired that trait from you Chodo father.

@ indigenous – for such massive accumulated leave – it ought to have been paid out at salary rates ruling at the time leave was earned. Isn’t it wonderful – the spoils of office. Enjoy it while you can, your time is near. Piggy – you’re irreplaceable – there is no other baboon in the world like you, sona levu.

So now it transpires that the coup had nothing to do with ridding corruption, clean and TRANSPARENT government, and all that high falutin’ talk. The real reasons are emerging – get the back pay, stuff the citizens, collect the allowances.

And Aziz thinks his dickhead boss is irreplaceable – Aziz you glorified dick. Drau fire kei nomu boso.

@fuggedaboutit – the female gorilla is being mated with Leweni. Piggy needs more pliant mouth-pieces.

  20. Mark Manning Says:

There never was any legal back pay payable !
Annual leave can only be accrued to a certain level , it must then be used or forfeited .
What Aziz , Frank and others have done , is theft , pure and simple .

  21. Striker Says:

It’s the thief feeding the crook and vice-versa. Vore and Chodo are now in the same ‘choro-butako’ boat. And little chodo’s teeling Pramesh to be loyal to this louts? Thieves’ honour!

  22. Tim Says:

Based on Kainoda’s calcs and what they’ve fessed up to – it would mean that Frank has never actually ever taken any “leave”.
Apart from that, having been relatively senior in the “civil service”, there is also the use it or lose it principle which Fank would have been aware of. We’re talking a number of years.
Of course we know what this was actually about. Frank had designs on a house.
Still, that’s good really. When it comes time to return to normailty and sieze assets in payment for debts owed, there is something sunstantial to repossess.
Let’s hope more of them put ill-gotten gains into the like

  23. Tim Says:

    ANOTHER SUPPORTER OUSTED

Another rat that has slipped under the radar is that damodar kid from village 6, start asking questions, word around town, he invited himself to many SDL meetings and then passed information on to the IG, he is working for chodo, they all stick together and he is a regular at govt buildings. ask yourself why is he always at the QEB??? and why is he always seen with that prick the AG having lunch. I hear that everyone in the IG gets free tickets to the movies. he also has a military driver seen in uniform picking him up from the night clubs, is this where our tax money goes???? its well known around town that this boci gets his kick from boys and if you sleep with the boso you get a job. if you play for both teams you get caught sooner or later.. boci.

  33. Madirini Says:

The name is Div Darmodar and he is apparently gay eventhough not openly. He has been telling people especially girls he tries to impress (to hide his gay activities) that he is a member of the military council and is an undercover agent of the army. He is well known to like the bouncers of O’rilleys, maybe they can shed more light on this kulina. He has been seen with a military uniform clad driver going to O’rilleys. SDL be aware of this two faced bakuwavivi who is playing on both sides. He is a member of the AFL board but try giving him something to write on the spot and he will not be able to. Im usually on my morning walk each day at around 5am. Yesterday, I struck two guys who were glued to the frontpage of the Fiji Times as I walked past the breadshop. One newspaper, two heads. What captured my attention was their interest in the news. Upon further observation, I quickly realised they were military guys. They wore similar sport shorts of military colours. Erau cuvara galugalu na FT.

It wasnt until I got home did I realise the news splashed out on the frontpage – Big Payout. I can say they both looked stunned!

    One day, Mafatu!

  38. Karl Says:

@Madirini – I doubt even the SDL would be stupid enough to pass on stuff to anyone that wasnt in the party. Damoda gave over $50,000 to SDL but i dont think that was enough to get him into the club, Qarase always knew he was working for chaudhary and wouldn’t get close to him for that reason. I heard just recently he donated a large amount of money to the iG to buy his way onto boards, perhaps thats how he got on the AFL board and has been asked to also step onto Fijian holdings board! everyone knows him and the AG are together

  39. Shri Says:

Qarase when he was PM would only come to your home for dinner if you gave him $$$ – and at least 1000 dollars.

I have a hairbrained idea though – When we abolish the military we should create and use something like a trust fund to give our Girmitya descendant Indo-Fijians the freedom of choice to return to India.
This opportunity would be the other alternative to:
Living in Fiji with no native land rights because the British disenfranchised them, I think the onus now is on us the fijians to provide the means for our fellow Indo-Fijians.

    We would call it:

    THE FREE REPATRIATION ACT
Sign up today or forever hold your peace.

    The conditions would be mandatory:
    1. Fully paid one way plane tickets to destination of choice in India.
    2. A financial package to cater for the first 3 months of resettlement.
    3. Fully paid seafreight for any personal effects to be shipped.
    4. Signing a waiver stating never to return to Fiji under any circumstances.

We would of course have to work something out with the Indian Government since they have been financially contributing to certain causes which will remain nameless.
The British will also have to give a certain percentage towards cleaning their mess here in Fiji.

This would be way better than what Idi Amin Dada did.

Lets do this now before we become like Guyana.

  41. Budhau Says:

a-N you idiot – that crap about Indians “Living in Fiji with no native land rights because..” – you don’t get do you. The Native land belongs to the natives – well, at least those chiefs, no one has any rights to it besides the owners. If they do not want to lease their land all they have to do is not consent.

How about we set up another fund – just like the one we had for them natives buying back the freehold – same as your plan for the descendants of those folks who landed at Vuda.

Honey, before all this big plans about ethnic cleansing – how about a plan to get rid of this IG – so why don’t you get your arse over to Fiji and start marching – some of those Indians who you plan to deport – they just might join you.

  42. aubatinuku-N Says:

Budhau this blogsite is called “Solivakasama” and that is all you and I are doing here, facts will remain though!!

  43. aubatinuku-N Says:

@ Budhau – My arse and then some IS in Fiji, don’t be too hasty to assume too much. Speak for yourself!!

  44. Budhau Says:

a-N – I do not give a rats arse what this site is called – I just hate racist bigots like you, making this into some hate Indian crap.

Instead of coming up with your dumbass ideas about how to get rid of Indian – why don’t you listen to some of those others who talk about peaceful co-existence.

..and what was that crap about Indians have rights to native land..and BTW how is the weather there in the Washington state.

  45. aubatinuku-N Says:

If peaceful co-existence means genocide of my race by racist bigots like you then I don’t give a rats arse about your Charter.

As for Washington state weather my dear, thats why we have google, heheheh!! Don’t ask me, I have no idea.

  46. aubatinuku-N Says:

A certain someone totally missed the point and decided to mention “hate Indian crap”, first of all I said “Indo-Fijian” but if you want to be referred to as “Indian” then that is totally acceptable too.

This is not about “lets hate all “Indians”, I am suggesting a fair deal for Indians……..Its very simple:

Sign the waiver if you want to leave or don’t sign the waiver and “CO-EXIST” peacefully with native Fijians WITHOUT COMPLAINT.

Ethnic cleansing my foot!! Budhau, you are one nervous son of a gun!

  47. Madirini Says:

@Karl. Thanks for that, it shows that this gay/boci is trying to milk every dick he can get his mouth wrapped around. He is known to go in and out of NZ and most likely pass information to them on IG as well. He tries to tell people that he is in the military but how could a bloody whimp and gay like him be there except to go after the guys pricks. He must be that desperate that he goes to QEB to pay for people there to bang him. I’m trying to confirm his sighting with a senoir military officer on most occassions, they may be gay partners. Will post once confirmed. He has the money to splash and not surprising that he handed money to SDL and now to IG. He covers his tracks well too by giving handouts like delivering nando’s chicken to government buildings every now and then. The military should be aware of this two faced gay as well. SDL be careful with this cock crazy idiot, he doesnt know where he belongs including his sexuality.

  48. Karl Says:

@Madirini – keep ya cool, we know what he is doinng. he passes information around GB everyone kows what he is doinng. he has been on our list for a while now, he thinks we are stupid and does it under everyones nose, just wait until he is appointed to Fijian Holdings board.

  49. Budhau Says:

its me that Damodar has been banging, i admit it, you know i am only here for the thrill and the attention and i am alway swapping sides, i like it both ways. i love a man in uniform and make Damodar dress up as a soldier and we get off together.

  50. Budhau Says:

a-N – so you call them Indians “indo-Fijians” – I think they now would like to be referred to as Fijians.

Now the we have straightened that out – that waiver that you have been talking about – are you planning to incorporate that in the new constitution – to make it a fair deal. Sort of like “love it or leave it” kinda deal – well…..I think there are others who may have a slightly different policy – sort of like “love it or make it better”.

For the record – with all this talk about prayer and “God Bless” and all that – I don’t care what supernatural belief system these bigots have…I am an equal opportunity bigot hater.

I thought that was phunny – as if you calling them Indo-Fijian, and not Indians makes a difference – they are all the same, right?

  51. ilikeithot Says:

Hey Madirini It is not Nandos Chicken he delivers but cock. And like Nandos it is in small portions and the dressing is defiinitely not hot

  52. ilikeithot Says:

In fact it is Peri Peri small

  53. Budhau Says:

ilikeithot- Imagine him taking down the order, will there be cock with that sir, or would you prefer our new creamy side dish hand delivered? Sorry sir, all our portions come in small, extra small or Peri Peri small.

  54. fingerlickin Says:

i have seen his driver in military uniform too. Apparently they pretend they are on a mission and Div is the rear guard. i am told he does not guard his rear very well.

  55. Anon Says:

I met this Div Darmodar guy once at Bad Dog and thought he was a really nice guy. Bought my drinks and seemed a cool guy especially when he explained to me that all those people in the niteclub didnt have a clue how much he had done to for Fiji with his buisness and military work. My girlfriends warned me that he was gay but i didnt believe them. We had something to eat there and went to a frinds place for a house party. H e explained how he was in the military and doing spy kind of work. He was seemed like one of those movie characters. He told me he was very close to the interim PM and to the commader 3fir which i found out to be the chairman of the Lau provincial council recently. We ended up in bed but i was really disappointed when he asked me to do something disgusting to his rear end. So disgusting and what a waste for a nice guy, and rich too. I hope too that the senior officer refered to in an earlier blog is not the commander 3fir because it would be a waste of a good looking guy.

  56. Madirini Says:

If this Div Damodar is going to be in FHL then really do believe he is really good at what he is doing i.e sucking and giving his rear into every opportunity. What qualifications does he have anyway? All he does is watch movies everyday so what expertise does he bring with him except what is now well known that he is a arse giver and professional tool sucker. If its going to bring in money to FHL than maybe he is good for the board. I have confirmation that a bouncer from O’rilleys was driving him around a few weeks ago and said that he claims to work undercover for the military. Bouncer confirms too that he always gets drunk in Bad Dog and pays them to satisfy his sexual disires. He is always seen with the gay AG as well so may be another high profile relationship to be further investigated. Be aware of this two faced opportunist who will suck and reverse his way into anyway he can gain from. He has already done it with SDL, NZ, RFMF and IG. He is now in AFL board and soon to be in FHL, what next? Dou qai raici koya tiko mai na nodatou mai government buildings. Se kau tiko ga yani na toa se sa oti na toa ka sa kau tiko yani na ga!

  57. Anon Says:

Is this the same little prick who boasts about being a member of the military council. Bloody idiot everybody knows that only military people are in that council. Stop watching movies and get into the real world. With all the postings I bet he must be getting himself a batman latex suite with the back side cut out for easy access.

  58. FijiGirl Says:

People – an important discussion has descended into smut and character assassination, thanks in no small part of Shri (Pink Budhau) and good old real Budhau.

Ignore them, please. Bring down the tyrants.
    God bless Fiji

  59. LUVfiji Says:

@aubatinuku-N. I am totally with you on that idea – the grand repatriation. Lets pursue it!

We all remember how Indira Gandhi was inspired by her parents’ political activism to free their country from British domination. And we know how she later became India’s first woman prime minister. She won the hearts of many. We should learn from the legendary Indira; the Burmese Aung San Suu Kyi who has not given up campaigning against the country’s repressive military regime for the return of democracy.

So really we’re not alone in our fight. As FijiGirl says above, lets first bring down these tyrants.

Sa dua la na ka na totolo ni lai ciqi mai o ko ya!

  60. Destiny Says:

Ok guys, enough of slating Div, you know its all bullshit, just like most posts on this site.

  61. Anon Says:

@Anon. The thing about Div is true. He is the one that goes around telling people that he is in the military council and is the one going to SDL and Government Buildings. He was even seen at the Aus HC earlier this month. Why would we lie as he brought it all on himself. Go and stand around goverment buildings and see him get out in a black suite with bags of nando’s chicken,. Now does a owner of the company do delieveries? Does nando’s do home delieveries? Of course not. Why isnt he banned from NZ when appointed to AFL board? Its because he provides them information as well gained from the delieveries of nando’s and of course evry other way that has been explained in earlier posts. He goes there every two months (thanks to immigration sources).

  62. Destiny Says:

@Anon – you seem to know a lot about nothing. if i didnt know better you sound like a disgruntled lover! Maybe its you who wishes they were dressed in Latex. stop with the lies if you have no proof then shut up because we are sick of hearing from you. And leave the cute army boy alone, he aint gay!

  63. Gugeraty Says:

@Anon. I tatally agree with you. Div is the two faced gay he is. He is the mole in the guggy community. On one hand we all were with Qarase including him and when this government came in he changed sides and passed on all our meeting information with Qarase to them. How else would he be in AFL board with no knowledge in that field. Why would they put him in FHL board, its reward time.

  64. qitawa Says:

Kemuni, na tamata bokola oqo, o Div e vei qaiyaki tikoga i Niusiladi. Na cava esega ni ban taki kina ni soli vua me board ni AFL? Dua na ka esega ni matata tiko eke.

E ta ru dina tiko beka se wa dua beka ga.

  65. qitawa Says:

Destiny go and have Div to yourself.

  66. Adi Kaila Says:

destiny is jealous that she couldn’t sleep with div – she really doesn’t want div to feel that thing that all the other guys tell everyone about – that dead beka between her legs that’s a pathetic excuse for a vagina – qauris can broadcast faster that an fm station – go on and see how the rest of Fiji will hear about it or even view it on the internet – “div and destiny with withered beka do bollywood”

Qitawa na tamata qori o destiny na yalewa garosa, vakasisila nonai tovo – ira talanoa na wekana mai Bau (no Royal blood) ni dau vasagai ganena na bokola qori.

If you take any notice of her posts here she always mentions sex – io what about incest destiny? How do you account for that you bloody sick shit.

Na talanoa mai Serene ni dou butabutako okoya – tamani choro levu dau cakava – all in the name of charity. Charity la straight to her bank a/c. Vinaka me rau coba va koli kei div they deserve each other

  67. tailevu Says:

Hey Adi Kaila, who is Destiny, eager to know

  68. LUVfiji Says:

@Tailevu. Some one had posted here that it was the notorious Ellen Whippy; na luvei Stan Ritova kei Senimelia. Know her? And can you now identify her with Destiny’s posts? Hmmm..

  69. taiIevu Says:

Destiny has free passes to Village 6

  70. lotiana Says:

Div is not gay..now he is married to a very beautiful girl named ritthi..how he is gay now???why a preety gal like her will marry a gay man???

  71. lotiana Says:

you all are bullshiting about an inocent boy..
