PM questions merit of Forum group

Bloggers, here is classical Lewenski blabbing conducting business as usual with his verbal garbage. Remember Tui Savu’s article we published yesterday copied from Daily Post? Well it clearly says that it was Bainimarama who tried to abrogate the Constitution, which was rejected by Gates, yet Lewenski blabs on, as if Qarase was responsible for it all.

Furthermore, who appointed the ‘illegal interim government?’ Could it be that Oz and NZ are keeping up their bans because of the person responsible (Bainivore) and not the person involved (Qarase)?

Keep up the travel bans Oz and NZ and vinaka vaka levu from the SV Team and while you are at it, can you also begin freezing assets, starting with Chodo’s? One squeeze and kaput!!!

Interim Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has questioned the merit in Fiji continuing to engage with the Forum-Fiji Joint Working Group.

This follows concerns by the interim regime after a travel ban was slapped on Robyn Storck, the newly appointed chairman of Fijian Holdings Limited.

In a statement, acting Deputy Permanent Secretary for Information, Major Neumi Leweni said Australia and New Zealand continued to apply bans on civil servants including those participating in the working group like the Prime Minister’s permanent secretary.

Leweni said while the Government was participating in the working group’s discussion on a genuine basis, their position, in particular that of Australia and New Zealand, was hypocritical and insincere in moving Fiji forward.

“In 2000 when a democratically elected government was illegally removed, the constitution illegally abrogated and the Qarase interim government illegally appointed (as held by the High Court and the Court of Appeal), Australia and New Zealand did not place travel bans on the then interim government nor did they place any bans on persons appointed by the Qarase interim government to various boards and statutory positions,” Leweni said.

He said it appeared that Australia and New Zealand are bent on sabotaging the efforts of the interim Government in building strong and accountable institutions and publicly owned enterprises.

“The active engagement by the European Union and their willingness to listen and talk is markedly different to the position taken by the Forum working group, Australia and New Zealand,” he added.

According to Leweni, the Forum working group has also reneged on the undertaking it gave last year in Vanuatu to provide assistance to the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.

The working group has also been asked to reconsider its position in respect of Fiji should it wish to have any meaningful engagement.

Isa, I thought I would not say it, but here it goes

    ‘na boci ga na boci.’

    Who’s in Charge??

All the organs of the body were having a meeting,
trying to decide who was the one in charge.

“I should be in charge,” said the brain,
“Because I run all the body’s systems, so without me nothing would happen.”

“I should be in charge,” said the blood ,
“because I circulate oxygen all over so without me you’d all waste away.”

“I should be in charge,” said the stomach ,
“because I process food and give all of you energy.”

“I should be in charge,” said the legs,
“because I carry the body wherever it needs to go.”

“I should be in charge,” said the eyes,
“Because I allow the body to see where it goes.”

“I should be in charge,” said the rectum,
“Because I’m responsible for waste removal.”

All the other body parts laughed at the rectum
and insulted him, so in a huff, he shut down tight.
    Within a few days,
the brain had a terrible headache,
    the stomach was bloated,
    the legs got wobbly,
    the eyes got watery,
    and the blood was toxic.
They all decided that the rectum should be the boss.
    The Moral of the story?
The ass hole is usually the one in charge!

  4. Save the Sheep Says:

Oh dear! We are back to the depressing days of mixed and confusing messages and a reflection of the pig headedness of those involved in this whole mess.

Surely it couldn’t be a coincidence the Leweni is BACK! Is it he who is the dunderhead or have that brought him back as the most qualified person to deliver this sort of crap….

  5. Tebara Says:

    @JW .. I never dreamt that I would hear that from U … LOL

  6. Groggymaster Says:

I recall Bainimara was a member of the party that deposed of the president in the 2000 coup, abrogated the constitution, and installed the interim administration of LQ.
    He has committed treason twice!!!!

  7. Keep The Faith Says:

Yep that’s exactly right Groggymaster and Frank has the gall to point fingers at others?

As for the ah-ah man Lewenski, maaan they need to send him back to China. Unless of course Ah Koy gave him the flick once he realised he was more of a liability LMAO!

I’m told that the same Lewenski sickness of “give me a senior govt post at any cost” has now spread to his wife the Dental Dr where she has been pressing certain buttons at PSC for better perks that she doesn’t have the competencies for.

  8. LUVfiji Says:

@Keep The Faith.. there’s got to be a virus – passed on from hubby to hunny. After a few months’ excursion in Beijing, only the best would do. “Call it what you like” is the favourite phrase.

    Mai ya so!

  9. Dauvavana Says:

Leweni Boci, the reasons why Australia are behaving like this is because it was Vore that appointed Qarase in that so called Interim Government in 2000 and it is the same Vore who has now illegally appointed himself as interim Prime Minister and as they say once bitten twice shy. ANZAC are sick and tired of this coup coup commander couping the country every six years so that is why they are placing the ban on all his savota to penalise them for making it happen for the pig.

  10. ex Fiji Tourist Says:

It would only take a section of SAS soldiers from Oz to be dropped in Suva and this whole sorry saga would be over.

  11. Tracker Says:

Mrs Leweni is now Acting Social Welfare Director!
