Indian defence presence in Suva

A few days ago, I received an email quoted below:

Can you verify with your contacts the presence of the Indian defence
team at the PM’s office.
This could be the main reason for the distraction while they slip in
quietly and required to be briefed by various govt agencies.

Then today Lauan Lass posted this comment:

SV, from a very reliable source !! this morning there is a presentation on national issues by some senior civil servants to a group of Indian Naval Squadron !!!!! NOW THAT SHOULD CAUSE SOME CONCERN !!! CHODO’S STRATEGIC PLAN THAT WAS CIRCULATED PREVIOUSLY IS NOW COMING INTO ACTION !!!!! SOMEONE SHOULD JUST KILL THIS BASTARD !!!!

That is why again I post this document because it has been claimed in the past that it was a fake but as a matter of fact it was recovered from Chaudary’s computer when parliament was raided in 2000. If the above two claims are true, then it is consistent to what is outlined in this document and we must be very very concerned about this!!!! Refer to the far right box at the top.

What!!! THis is bloody dangerous. Information please from those of you in the various ministries & are aware of this. THe interesting question is what is the purpose of their visit and what kind of info they want from govt. Are they preparing for an exercise etc. We really need info.

  2. Dauvavana Says:

I am begining to suspect the the dialogue initiated this week could be intended as a side distraction or to ease the pressure off the iIG and Charter Team.

The move is still on to Indianise Fiji like the Seycelles and Mauritius.

  3. Mark Manning Says:

Why not get in-touch with the regional powers , Australia and New Zealand to have this information assessed properly and along International grounds . If it’s true and factual , then there could be grounds for people to be either arrested or brought before the authorities etc. If the Indian Government is seen to be involved directly or even indirectly , then Australia and New Zealand perhaps can intervene on behalf of Fiji .
But you guys need to take the initiative and contact the relevant authorities , U.N. Commonwealth Heads of Government etc.

  4. tailevu Says:

These Indian Navies were treated as diplomats when they arrived. Just notice they were escorted by Police and just shows the power of these INDIAN DOMINANCE in our country!

  5. Striker Says:

Like i’ve always said, this Chodo is an Indian agent. This can be overcome very easily. First, convene Parliament, and bring back hanging as penalty for treason. Second, use the evidence of the $1m+ amassed by Chodo part of which was paid by the Indian govt representative in Sydney, to prosecute and hang him!

  6. Tebara Says:

Se laqe tale na mataivalu vutulaki mai Delainabua ke ratou sa varoroga tale vi ira na kulina tericoki. Levu la na vosa… vilecayaki levu tiko vi ratou.

  8. Peace Pipe Says:

This is very unusual for a foreign naval contingent to visit government offices. WTF are they doing there with government officials. A very disturbing and suspicious move indeed. Seem to bring to life all our suspicions about the clandestine undergoing activities between India and the Fiji governments.

  9. Taukei Says:

    Sriker, brilliantly put!

  10. Litea Vuki Says:

Lol! keda sa cudru at frist glance ia sa wilika ga na post nei Teabara kacabote na dredre. I thought that manouver last week for a meeting with LQ was highly suspicous qo sa tu na da. These people are so corrupt we just can not turn our backs on them everything they do every word they utter every action they take e vaka votona. Votonimoli.

  11. Frida Says:

This is a real cause for concern for those of us who have nowhere else to go but live in our God given country from one generation to another. This must be stopped or should we get the illegal regime to answerto the plan especially asking chodo, if it was really obtained from his computer. Why do we need the Indian navy when we have Australia and New Zealand right next door and who are always willing to help.

  12. Tim Says:

@MM: It was provided to them many many months ago for assessment.

  13. Tim Says:

Actually it was resent on 10 Decemeber 2007 to as a reminder for which an acknowledgement was received

  14. bodyguard Says:

this must be the outcome of the bullshit ‘clean-up campaign’ these military blockheads said they came to do.

    liumuri …. u bastrads!!

  15. Mark Manning Says:

thanks for that info. I’ve also done what I can from this end.
ASIO knew of a possible coup plot back in July 2005 . I wrote on the Friday and had a call back on the Tuesday following !
And Frank and his gang don’t even realise they’ve been watched and monitored since then !
Silly buggers , the lot of them !

  16. Mark Manning Says:

At the dawn of this latest coup , Frank made out that Fiji was being invaded by the Australians !
Now , it looks like the Indian Navy might get a foothold into Fiji !
By the way , if the Aussie Navy was asked for assistance by Mr.Qarase in December 2006 , there’ not a thing Frank could have done about it , except shit his pants and run !

  17. Pusiloa Says:

Agree MM. The Australian army dont even have to set foot on Fijian soil. With the current technology all they can do is press a button and have a missile pin pointed to Voreqes open a@#$ H$%#

  18. Wailei! Says:

lol! Truz up.. The Fijian army is nothing compared to the Military Defense here. The Fijian Army would not even detect if they (Australian SAS) were in the country. Hell the Australian SAS had to go to Afghanistan to clear the area before the US Army moved in. The thing is the Fiji Army is so arrogant that they think that they are the best soldiers in the world. They dont have any artilleries, their ship is from the Pacific Wars their commander wanted to be an Admiral – An Admiral of 1 -2 Navy ships. silly..

  19. aubatinuku-N Says:

Mark, the wheel barrow boys in Suva can take the Indian navy out, no one has ever heard of any Indian navy anyway.

Maybe if they said the GURKHAS are comming then we might have reason enough to worry but INDIAN NAVY??

But then again one should never underestimate the enemy!

    Who is the enemy?

  20. Concerned Fijian Says:

Ppl, this is getting very, very dangerous indeed. Dangerous becos we are dealing with two very desperate and insane souls-Vore and Choro. They will stop at nothing to fulfill what they want. The discussion with LQ is truly part of the deceptive approach. LQ himself will have to be very careful. He is treading on dangerous grounds in his desire to take Fiji forward with those two dangerous people. Can anyone make a suggestion as to what we can do to deal with these violation of our sovereignty?. We must not allow these illegal Regimes to commit further treason through some agendas that does not have the will of the Fiji people..and what of our own Fiji Army and our soldiers at Delainabua? Is
anyone left amongst them who can rise to the occassion and say No to all these insanity????.

  21. aubatinuku-N Says:

@ Concerned Fijian – One can only hope, God must have among our army some that are wise and God fearing enough.

  22. natewaprince Says:

So this is why the tax-evading dog spent so long in India.

A few moons ago I wrote about the tactic called ” wag the dog”.This involves creating a distraction to deflect attention from a major blunder or about a covert move somewhere else.

Now we know why conciliary talks are under way and why the Aussie High Commisioner recieved two death threats. If this is true, then their motive is definitly ulterior since something so important is news worthy and would have been in the local media.

O ira na kawa ca qo me ra sa qarauni vinaka tiko.Era na saga me nodra vaka dua na vanua ‘o Viti.A good one dead one.

  23. Wailei! Says:

I must say that it is quite sad how Fiji is turning out to be another CUBA. It is quite interesting to observe that Chodo does not have any loyalties to our beloved country of Fiji. He keeps on looking at India for financial support for his little schemes. Every little thing, he’d go complaining to India. Is he of Girmit descendants or was it like Shaista’s father who migrated to Fiji? A few years ago I heard that he had a family property in India. So, the question is does he have dual citizenship? And if he does which country is he more loyal too? Fiji or India?

  24. Mark Manning Says:

    Speaking of Cuba .
I met a young processing officer at Sydney international airport one day and asked him where he was from . He replied , my Mother is Cuban and my Father from Iceland , so I guess that makes me an Ice-Cube !

  25. Peace Pipe Says:

Further Indianisation going on with Rajesh a strong supporter of the ig being appointed VC of USP thanks to the strong lobby from Fiji’s illegal education monster er sorry minster. I thought Rajesh had his heart and loyalty with the puny Uni of Fiji. Just rewarding all sapotas of the ig that’s all thats going on. Now at the helm of the biggest educational institute in Fiji he will make policies to contstrain the Fijians and advance the Indos.

Everything now looks suspicious hidden under a cloak of Indian conspiracy. What about the guy from FIT who obtained 3 years leave without pay to work for the FLP led Nasinu Town council. Where have we ever had this done before. It seems they can do anything devious with impunity now. Troy fell when they became complacent and dropped their guards when they erred into thinking the enemy was gracious in defeat and gave them the Trojan Horse. Trouble continued when chodo was let loose yet again.

  26. aaron Says:

And Rajesh chandra’s appointment was pushed by none other than his former employer felipe. felipe also put ganesh at fit. They are putting in place the network to pull in the hindu schools into FIT and USP. Wait for more integration between the hindus and our regional and national institutions which the hindus think is THEIRS anyway because they make up the vast majority of students at both FIT and USP and Fiji pays the lions contribution towards USP.

Rajesh after all is the one who sore because Siwatibau was made VC (nominated by Vanuatu), went to the west and setup the university of Fiji. Watch out. See the indian mafia take over ssed and spas again after Siwa and Tarr separated the schools to break the indian mafia’s stranglehold on USP.

Did Samoa give way to Fiji in exchange for Fiji’s vote for a Samoan SG of the Forum Sec?

  27. Tracker Says:

Have any of you read Facade to Democracy by the late Prof. Ravuvu. He highlights the deep seated animosity & the condescending attitude that they had against the iTaukei!! He provides strong evidence and arguments about why the Indian leadership was not to be trusted.

  28. FijiGirl Says:

Having been ‘the jewel in the crown’ of the British Empire, India now thinks she wants a globe-encompassing empire of her own.
The Indian govt and diaspora see that Fiji is in a sick and weakened state.
They can ‘smell blood’, and Fiji would make a nice addition to their list of colonies, dhanyavaad.

This is Chodo’s ultimate at plan.

When Chodo loses at the next election (which he will), he will have Indian soldiers, sailors and airmen ready and waiting to stage yet another coup-de-tet on our sovereign soil.
Masquerading as ‘assistance to RFMF’, once here, the Indian military will not withdraw until Chodo is President.

    Stop the snake!
    Tabu soro
    God bless Fiji

  29. FijiGirl Says:

@ PeacePipe & Aaron. It’s the Cane Belt Mafia, becoming yet more entrenched at USP. Siwa was the last bastion of hope against them, it seems. Thank God the other PI nations still have a say on governance at USP. Perhaps once Chandra’s term is over, we might be able to get a competent Samoan, Tongan, Mauri, Cook Islander, Kiribati, Vanuatuan, Papua Niu Guinean, Gilbertese, Hawaiian, Tahitian …. to take over as Chancellor.

@ Tracker. If anyone has access to a copy of “Letters From Fiji” or “More Letters From Fiji” by the late, great, Sir Len Usher, it’s well worth a re-read, especially now.

To whit’ “9 October 1990. Ratu Penaia … condemned attempts to stimulate resistance to the new Constitution from outside. The reference arose mainly from a visit to India by …Jai Ram Reddy, the grey eminence of … Mahendra Chaudhry… and Navin Maharaj. Their object was to try to strengthen Indian opposition internationally to the new Constitution. When they came back, Maharaj admitted that their reception was, to say the least, cool.”

2 June 1991. Chaudhry has worked himself in a position of power, not only as the force behind the Trade Union Congress, but also through unions in the sugar, gold and civil aviation industries…. he has organised a boycott of cane harvesting and he has been getting substantial Indian support in spite of the farmers’ losses from a similar boycott last year…. A highly undesirable possible by-product of the dispute is exacerbation of Fijian-Indian ill-feeling.

18 July 1991. Rabuka had his moment in the sun when he asked the President to meet FTUC leaders Chaudhry and Micky Columbus, and he was present at the meeting. Chaudhry initially followed the meeting by a display of bad faith in mis-representing to his followers what had been agreed. For this he was rebuked privately by Ratu Penaia and publicly by the Minister of Information.

Read through all the references to Chodopu$$. You will soon see that this snake has been dealing in divisive ‘splitter’ tactics, and trading in fear and loathing, for a long, long time. It is his entire power base. He really is a repulsive individual, and an insult to the human race.

    Bring him down.
    Tabu soro.

    God bless Fiji

  30. tosotiko Says:

Well their plan to control this country is falling into place, assisted by the sourpuss Filipe Bole. The Hindu connection as pushed by the Labour Party with simple minded Fijians and Others blissfully and ignorantly supporting them. They are only using you to get what they really want. You idiots!

Now FIT and USP are in their control. After the Labour’s win in 1999, a letter to the Editor appearred in the Fiji Times from an Indian Christian, giving an account of the Hindu master plan and sharing what he knew about a particular Hindu extremist who was collaborating closely with Chaudhary. I wish I had kept that letter. Yes, their plan is to rule the world, what might be in their way is the rise of Muslim extremism right now.

As for Filipe Bole, he is still stewing from losing the Raiwaqa seat nomination to Mataiasi Ragigia long, long ago. Learn to accept the will of the people, you nut. And he must still be stewing from his non-invitation to the Fijian Teachers Association meeting. Trouble with these former Alliance Party politicians is they think they are indispensable.

They should be thinking about retiring to the village where they can be useful advisers to the younger generation in developing them. Will even live longer and fitter daily exercising in the teitei de sa tubua na sala e na koro. Better that then living in the city stress and stroke tiko. Waste of space.

  34. aubatinuku-N Says:

I wonder if Mahendra Chaudhary knows how to swim, he might want to learn how to pretty fast if he does’nt already.

  35. James Cribb Says:

    Hey guys

  36. James Cribb Says:

hey guys, I have an idea on how to detect the Indian Navy around Fiji waters.
Just stand on the seawall and smell the breeze from the ocean, if you smell curry and Tandoori roti with chutney, you know they are heeeerrrreeeee !!!!!!.

Does this process sound like it’s all been dicided some years ago !
This was taken from the Fiji Times , have your say section , from September 2007 ==================================================
Mark Manning of Sydney , Australia says…

The following is a comment I made on the Fiji Times and then two replies to my original comment . I think that the replies fully explain the true intentions of those behind this coup and perhaps even indicate that it was planned well in advance ! I have copied it directly from the pages of the have your say section of the Fiji Times , it has not been changed nor anything added to it in anyway . It is a genuine article from two emotional individuals .
    From: “Mark A. Manning”
    Date: 12 September 2007 11:56:07 AM
Subject: Today’s reply to my comment !

    1. Mark Manning of Sydney,Australia (38 minutes ago)
It matters not what anyone thinks , this regime decided years ago just exactly what it had in mind and how it would achieve it’s goals . Anyone who believes otherwise , is deluding themselves ! The processes this regime have put into place , are merely a smokescreen to hide their real intent . And one can only assume that that is total dominance over all facets of fijian society . Hasn’t anyone in Fiji understood yet , that Fiji is being sold out to the asians from under your feet , by your own countrymen ?
    2. Indian of India (29 minutes ago)
To Mar Manning of Sydney Australia-#34
    3. These silly Fijians do not know- ha!ha!ha!ha!ha! We are controlling their Military now. We will do it slowly until we destroy all the Fijian Institutions and the their land rights. The silly Fijians including the selfish Ganilau and Bai do not know and do not bother. GENOCIDE is the MISSION. It can achieved politically.
    4. GO INDIA GO.
    5. Crash Stock Exchange of United States (14 minutes ago)
To India and Manning
    6. hahahaha…yeah lets start with crashing the South Pacific Exchange dominated by India and the banks! Maybe the Fijians can start thinking about the 6 billion deal now…hehehehe Take your pick!
    7. Fijians are lousy merchants anyway because their eyes have always been to big for their stomach(traditionally) thus the need to have a corporate body(GCC new look) to curb the crooks that take advantage of the Natadola projects etc. I say Code of conduct is necessary because no chief should be above the law neither are accountants!
please key into google ( fiji times mark manning decided years ago ) . for the above comment and a few others .

  38. Mark Manning Says:

It’s interesting to note the emotional responses were probably because I suggested that the Asians were taking over !
I actually meant the Chinese and Indonesians , potentially , as the I. G. were in talks with both governments at that time , September 2007 !
I’ve never thought of Indians as Asian !

  39. James Cribb Says:

If I may comment from a slightly different perspective. There are hundreds even thousands of Fiji citizens and those abroad who “pray and ask God to intervene in the political situation in Fiji. Don’t we think that maybe their prayers is being heard. Maybe there is a reason God is letting this mayhem continue. I don’t know guys…….. just a thought.

  40. Mark Manning Says:

I wouldn’t be surprised if Frank or chaudhry have a cardiac arrest or massive stroke .

  41. natewaprince Says:

James,it’s not the curry etc you’ll smell first,it’ll be the kora from all them kulinas.

  42. aubatinuku-N Says:

@ NP – Me ra kau taucoko i Koronivia me ra lai sele.
