Congratulations , well done . In years to come , your Children will be proud .

  2. Tebara Says:

Congratulations is well deserved to the Solivakasama Team.

Your fight and unwavering stand to bring to nought the callous act of these illegal Junta is to be commended.

We, the fellow bloggers look forward to the 1st day of democratic rule in our beloved Fiji.

When all is said and done .. We will not forget this site and the hard working men and women who dedicated their lives to the cause. WE SHALL THROW A SOLIVAKASAMA PARTY …!! and just maybe brainstorm and kick start a new political party to stand in future elections in Fiji….

  3. Jese Waqalekaleka Says:

Keep up the good work SV and to the rest of the bloggers.

    BLOG ON!!!!

  4. IslandBoy Says:

SV Editors – Only time will tell how valuable was this pace you created.

God Bless all of you and yours.

  5. Jese Waqalekaleka Says:

    Let’s target 500,000!!!

  6. ex Fiji Tourist Says:

To the people @ intelligentsiya; well done.

To the people of all the blog sites that have come and gone; well done.

To SV; well done for continuing to fight the good fight.

The illegal, corrupt junta is crumbling and they are desperately seeking ways to escape. All through the efforts of the media and you bloggers.

Give yourself a big pat on the back.

    9/10.

    Well done.

BTW; has chaudhry the cheat done a runner OS or is he back in Fiji?

BTW2; anybody notice how quite hairyarse is since he is back from OS?

My sources in Foreign Affairs in Oz says that hairyarse was shunned whilst in Austria and was told quite forcefully by a few diplomats that he was a fool for being involved in an illegal junta. No wonder he came home with his tail between his legs.

It must be upsetting for someone so young to realize that they have stopped all career prospects anywhere in the world because of their stupidity.

  7. FijiGirl Says:

    Bravo, SV!

Thank you for giving us all (in Fiji and overseas) a place to keep up with the latest gossip, discuss ideas, vent our frustrations, poke fun at the IR, and keep the faith that Fiji will return to the path of democracy, peace and harmony everlasting.

This is just the beginning. Some of us are still hoping for an SV political platform in the future. Watch this space ….

And let us not forget Budhau, who’s inane comments compel readers to join the blog, just so they can tell him how blerry stupid he is. At least 1/6th of the 400K are probably dedicated to his innate idiocy. Budhau, buddy, you might think you’re distracting us, or putting us off, but all you’re doing is adding fuel to our fire. Flame On!

    Tabu soro

    God bless Fiji

  8. Tuks Says:

NP for President!! Vosavosa ca and all! 🙂

God Bless you all my fellow freedom bloggers.

  15. Katalina Balawanilotu Says:

Congrats and vinaka for this service

Just a few points to ponder ?

Poster SDL to da bone is highly recommended for the new political party — and I hope not as an additional party on the block but rather to replace SDL; or take on the SDL manifesto with the idea to fine tune given the events we’ve had to go through. My main point is We are less than 1 million people and spreading out voters across the multi Fijian parties is a recipe for loss. Join forces to guarantee a win.

  16. EnufDictatorship Says:

HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS! SV team, not forgetting those who have gone before you…Intelligentsiya, etc.

Yes, you blog-creators have created history for our country in a GOOD way in this 21st century as you provided the avenue for us citizens and friends of Fiji to log-in, read, share, laugh, update, bicker, vent, etc etc all for the sake of our beloved Fiji. The Fiji we knew, which had lots of good things going for it until a derangeg, selfish man and his supporters brought us all down.

Let\’s keep the flame burning for democracy, freedom, and liberty!

And, yes, let\’s bind in the future for a B.L.O.G (POLITICAL) SV PARTY!!!!!

  17. vatukaca Says:

Vinaka Ragone na gugumatua. Teach our children right. There are proper channels for everything in Life. No short cuts. We must celebrate someday soon. GOOD LUCK TO ALL…..

  18. natewaprince Says:

  19. aubatinuku-N Says:

    🙂 @ NP
Your heart is in the right place and you are heartwarming because of that!
    God bless.

  20. tosotiko Says:

Congratulations SV Team for your dedication, resolute faith in the correctness of your cause. I was so glad you came onto the scene in the spirit of Resist Franks Coup and Why Fiji is Crying and not forgetting hydenceek.
Yes these blogs were where we felt free to express ourselves without recriminations and vent our frustrations. After all the hard work in carefully working out our preferences during Election 2006 and seeing it all disintegrate into dust after Coup 2006 just left us with a feeling of futility, but the blogs brought back the spirit to resist. Peace.

  21. Peace Pipe Says:

Another proud milestone for SV, congrats are in order. Thanks for carrying our common struggle to oppose the illegal regime who raped the country and forced their rule on us without our consent. It has been a wonderful network of like minded people sharing ideas and information with the occasional irritations coming from nativegal, budhau and other pro-ig posters who have no depth or substance in their inputs. We who love our freedom, democracy, rule of law and a return to the international family once again have been steadfast in this common cause of returning our beloved country back to normal. Vinaka

  22. Frida Says:

Vinaka SV for standing in to fight the good fight. As the above commentators have pointed – you provided a venue for the many of us who loved our country dearly to vent our frustration and for me perdsonally to laugh at some entries which I believe gave many of us the energy to kep on, keeping on.

As in the words of Mahatma Gandhi, I feel the same when he said ” when doubts haunt me, when disappointment stare me in the face, and I see not one ray of hope on the horizon, I turn to the Bhagvad Gita (whereas for me – it has been SOLIVAKASAMA) and find a verse (an entry) to comfort me and I immediately begin to smile in the midst of a overwhelming sorrow”.

So again, three loud claps for the Team.

  23. IslandBoy Says:

@Budhau, NativeGirl & Jone Veikoso – what no mesages of congratulations from you?????

Come on lets hear it for SV, prove us all wrong and show us you have the true spirit of Fiji at heart.

  24. Jose Says:

Sorry folks to interrupt your celebrations, but Matacaca is still very much in the picture. Where ever he is in the picture, what ever the issue it can’t be good if he is involved. I am hoping that LQ will stand fast and not sell out. As far as I’m concerned Mataca, a professed christian has already compromised himself. I don’t trust anything that comes out of his mouth.

  25. kaiveicoco Says:

    congratulations SV and well done.
Now can somebody do an investigation there is this Australian guy with the name Jeff Harrison a failed hotelier in Kadavu but very closely linked with Jo Nawalowalo.someone doing some work within the new GCC building in Nasese said he was confronted by this Jeff Harrsion saying his company has been given work there to oversee some works in the complex. Now if this is tru then Nawalowalo has something to do with this.No wonder ………..

  26. NadroKid Says:

    Vina valevu djina SV Team!

Thanks for all the hard work. Thank you to all the regular bloggers. May you continue to speak out (blog) the truth. May the lies and evil actions of this regime be exposed for all to see. May the coup perpetrators and supporters who read these truths see the light and have a change of heart. Me tubu ga ko Viti ka me toso ga ki liu.

  27. Litea Vuki Says:

    Well done!

  28. Frida Says:

Jose – I agree with you about Mataca. If one listens carefully to what he is saying, you can tell how careful he is treading. He is not talking like a leader but much like a follower and this is what happens when they sell themselves off to nutheads like the pig. His comment “they will need to sort out their differences”. I am wondering what is their role then? Is it just to get them together for show or as they say, to actually get their hands dirty and find a solution with the two parties on hoe Fiji can, in Rabuka’s word – “return to normalcy”. Again, Mataca was able to speak on TV last night but not Ratabacaca – i wonder why?

  29. LUVfiji Says:

Indeed, Bravo SV.. albeit a day late !!

Totally agree.. Kutu for PM and NP for Pressie. Veitalia na vosa ca; kua na diaper 🙂

Bless you guys! And, lets blog on dear folks !!

  30. Save the Sheep Says:

Well done S.V. and thank you for giving us an avenue to express ourselves freely.

On many occasions this blog and when the others were active, gave hope that the overwhelming avalanche of propaganda spewing forth from the IG Machines was not all there.

Great work by the sleuths who have got to the bottom of many of the lies and exposed them.

    Keep up the good work..

  31. Puf-Military Says:

Great work SV and fellow bloggers. This has been the best anti-coup/ pro democracy blog in terms of timely, reliable releases and quality of posts.

Good to see the unity and resolve on those posting on this blog. Lets keep going till this IG reaches its inevitable demise. Victory is ours!!

  32. FDN Says:

Soli, apart from sounding like what we imagine Frank’s income must be these days, 400,000 is an impressive number in anyone’s book. That many hits is pretty impressive in anyone’s book. The team at FDN offers their warmest congratulations, not just on the numbers, but also on the magnificent job you do.

  33. aubatinuku-N Says:

    And the Grammy goes to………………………….
Let your light shine, shine, shine!!

  34. Adi Kaila Says:

    C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S

MADE MY DAY SV – VINAKA VAKALEVU, VAKABIBI SARA!

  35. Bisbetica Says:

Tops ga o SV! Vinaka Kuts, NP keeping the flame alive. Vinaka to all freedom bloggers and Discom-Bubu, Intelly, Fuggedaboutit, HnC, FijiSilenced, Tardwatch, Goodmenandwomendoingsomething, Fijian Black, WFC, RFC.

Here’s to the day you WILL hit 1million hits! lets hope we have elections before we reach that day and here’s hoping a concrete political movement for CHANGE emerges from the political engagement of bloggers and our people at large.

    VINAKA VAKALEVU!!

  36. Jose Says:

Frida, people are celebrating but I’m worried. That Mataca in the picutre bothers me. I am sure he knows more then he’s letting on and Ratabacaca is not in the know. He is just told what he needs to know but not everything.I am wondering if the meeting is about bringing LQ into their deep dark secret and letting him choose which way he wants to go.Or LQ already knows but is being waited on for his decisions or he wants to negotiate somethings. The way things are going and knowing the prophecies i don’t believe anybody in leadership. Especially any catholics.

  37. Frida Says:

Well jose – I am not celebrating until the day i cast my vote again as a tax paying citizen of this country.

Just for information- my 11 year old daughetr made on observation on the TV presenattion of the after meeting activities when the two leaders went back to their vehicle. She questioned why was the pig rushed into his car while the real leader walked slowly to his car with only one man there?

My response is – I am not sure but people have been saying alot about some of Bainmarama’s behaviour. one can assume that he is sometimes afraid of his own shadow. With further pondering of my daughter’s question – I am wondering if he has finally seen the light and is afraid of what the others in IR will do to him now or was he running to meet with the inidan Naval delegation in the country – God knows for what.

My guess is as good as anyone else at this point – but I am HOPING the end is nigh!

  38. Jose Says:

@ Frida, Your girl is a very good observer. Walked slowly did she say? I’m really concerned about what’s happening behind closed doors with mataca in the picture.

  39. sigadrodro Says:

Kutu, NP & rest of the SV team,

Vinaka saka vakalevu na gugumatua. Your hard work to keep the blog going and providing a free space for us anti-coup bloggers is very much appreciated. I join the many silent freedom bloggers and readers in congratulating you.

I thought you would find the below interesting – it applies greatly to budhau, jone veikoso, destiny, negativegal and the military sock puppets who ocassionaly pop out to distract the freedom bloggers, yet drop by the wayside because truth and justice is on OUR side.

This is from stuff.co.nz. I thought it could easily be adapted to budhau and his brothers and sisters who’ve often got lost in the magnificent arguments of the freedom bloggers.

BREAKING NEWS: Police hold grave fears for the safety of a man reported missing in the Internet blogosphere.

The man told family members he was taking a short afternoon excursion to explore Solivakasama’s Weblog … He hasn’t been seen since.

“Solivakasama is an intelligent blog that shouldn’t have exposed him to any serious risk,” a police spokesman said. “But there are lots of freedom bloggers whom the man may have tangled with, with perhaps hazardous results. He may have strayed off the beaten track.

“We’ve seen this sort of thing before. Someone sets out to have a look at a blog like Solivakasama, then they get diverted and with just a couple of innocent clicks they wander off into the wilderness. They lose track of the passage of time and before they know it they’re hopelessly bushed.

“It’s a maze out there and he may have ended up a long way from where he started. There are links to discombombulated bubu’s blog, fiji silenced blogs, fiji board exiless, and other intelligent fiji freedom blogs that might have led to this cyber-napping of budhau . . .

The police spokesman said concerns were heightened by the fact that the man was inexperienced and poorly equipped.

“He’s not had much previous exposure to infantile abuse and personal invective of the type that he’s likely to find in the blogosphere. Also, his family advises us he has a history of severe allergic reactions to bad grammar, misspellings and missing apostrophes. We’re encouraging them to keep their hopes up, but it’s not looking good.”

    Vinaka SV Team,

    SD
