I am sure that many of us are unhappy with the recent comments made by the Fiji Labour Party president, where she refers to the minority as “2234 nobodies”, which means that we are ‘nonentities’, ‘unknown’ ‘upstarts’, ‘insignificant persons’ according to the dictionary.
Whilst I have no gripe with her wishing to take a swipe at Mick Beddoes, I most definitely take umbrage at being referred to as a “nobody”.
So what does she think we are? Figments of our own imagination?
And I thought having to tick myself as an ‘Other’ on the Fiji Immigration Arrival Card, was insult enough.
Perhaps she might like to be reminded, that the minority races have and always will, play a very important role in the multi raciality and multi ethnicity that is Fiji.
Making derogatory remarks like the above, makes her not only look foolish but interior minded and petty.
I am proud to be a Kailoma minority nothing more, nothing less and definitely not a nobody!
And later on today, the Military has distant themselves from Seremaia Tuiteci. He has become expandable in this game of “winner takes all” chess.
And how about the dispicable and unprofessional act of the Fiji Police. Now in denial mode, but who else would have access to the computer that had photos of Ballu Khan and his partner Agnes, when it was them that have it in their custody. These police a a bunch of bloody perverts looking at pictures taken by this couple for their own private pleasure and then are so low and bitter to have the ethics to then circulate it. THIS IS THE LOWEST OF THE LOWEST.
