How’s this for a scenario. Commissioner Teleni has a yet another bad
dream. He’s in Naboro max doing 30 years for treason. It’s tough, even
though he’s lost weight and looking better than he has for years, the food
is so bad, and also so little.
The next morning he decides to seek some advice and pays a call on Chief
Justice Fatiaki, who confirms that the dream is no accident. A treason
conviction is a certainty. It’s an open and shut case. The only question
is when he will be convicted. There is no doubt about it.
What can I do, he asks. Well, Fatiaki advises, you’re in a perfect
position to do what needs to be done to safeguard the nation and also save
your own skin.
This is the plan. Order the immediate arrest of President Iloilo, the
illegal acting President/interim PM, Commodore Bainimarama, the interim
interim PM, Dr Jona Senilagakali, the alleged acting Chief Justice,
Anthony Gates, his accomplice, Justice Nazhat Shameem and the illegal
Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum who ordered the illegal Judicial
Services Commission meeting. If you’re wondering about Mahendra Chaudhry,
well that’s probably only a matter of time. His crimes will catch up with
him. But have no doubt, all the others are clear-cut cases of treason. The
evidence is all on the public record, in words and actions they have
recorded. They will get their day in court and, no doubt, their years in
prison. There is no need for long drawn out constitutional cases, these
are straightforward
criminal matters where the actions and the evidence are not in
dispute.
Consult the DPP and commence the process of having them charged with
treason. Advise the Hon Pita Nacuva, the Speaker of the House of
Representatives that he is required under section 88(3) of the
Constitution to perform the functions of President until a new President
is appointed. Inform Prime Minister Qarase of these steps so that he may
advise the legal interim President on next steps. Advise the deputy
Commander of the RFMF that the Commander is under arrest and hence unable
to discharge the duties of his position and seek confirmation of an acting
arrangement with the Minister for Homes Affairs (1 mean the real one, of
course).
Do this, the wise Fatiaki said, and Fiji’s nightmare will be over and,
hopefully, your nightmare will not return.

My short dream?? Depose these iIG. Have a caretaker government. Prepare for elections. Hold elections Mar 2009 or earlier. Have proper census. Restructure the judiciary and civil service. Set up a mechanism to properly investigate the coup. Review government structure from president down. etc. But first arrest the President & M Choro

You do that Teleni, and you will be pardoned by the people of Fiji

There has been no other occasion than now where the Doctrine of Necessity applies!
Here we have our Constitution alive and kicking (even if in name only) whilst the usurpers/murderers/thieves run amok taking charge of our nation, our destinies and tax coffers! Talk about daylight robbery!
So c’mon you soldiers and Teleni, go arrest the Pig, mahen chorochodo and airy-arse and the rest will fold in like a pack of cards.

To be honest, I would much rather see that dream unfold than win the Lotto tonight.
Freedom is much more to the people of Fiji than my personal wealth.
fullchow must be having nightmares over what is going on; now his ‘officers’ [and I use the word loosely] are suing each other.
fullchow must be having a lot of trouble reading bits of paper as he still hasn’t clarified whether ali is transfered or not.
Now we have 3 judges intimidating a journalist and a NGO in court; reminds me of Delores Umbridge in Harry Potter.
And chaudhry, the convicted felon who killed a girl by his careless driving, drives Fiji madly to the brink of economic and social ruin.

When this is over, the two mimi sisters – shaista and nazhat will be driven out of this country for good! Forget about going to court to complain, you will both be dealt poetic justice!

That cock-eyed commish’s dream would really be complete if Nasty Ali joined him as his cellmate.
In that dream,Ali would find strange writings under the bunkbed instead of under his desk.
And it would be one of the rare times that the polcom’s eyes would both be straight,ya na gauna sa yacovi koya kina.

The two mimi sisters- Shaista & nazhat ’s parents must be turning in their graves for bringing shame to their father’s name!!! Why don’t you go back to pakistan where you came from & where you would have been shot long ago…. it’s only in Fiji that they can flex their muscles & bullshit the people….go overseas– they are NOTHING BUT AL QUEDA TERRORIST & WANNABE BRAINY!!!

Niece piece. Just one thing though, if Fatiaki can not figure out what he has to pay taxes on, do you think he is the one to give good legal advice.
Also, I did not see any mention of Ratu Epeli and Nailatikau. Are we still giving respect to these two chiefs. There two guys are the ones that should be protecting the interest of the Fijian people, and by not doing so, they are the biggest traitors.
