After the reisgnation of the entire court of appeal after 5/12 the illegal goverment has now appointed its own appeals court judges.
The new panel include: Justices Nazhat Shameem, Jocelyn Scutt, John Byrnes, Daniel Gounder, Davendra Pathik and Isikeli Mataitoga, a former diplomat and CEO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We all know where their sympathy lies and anyone who has worked with Mataitoga knows what sort of a dogmatic moron he is.
For the first time in the history of coups in Fiji, the whole judicial system has been made a mockery. If the Judiciary was compromised in 2000, then we would not have had the Chandrika Prasad decision. Now, the opportunity for a favourable decison for Qarase and the SDL has been severely dealt a blow.
No wonder the illegal government has always been confident of all the irrational and illegal decisions it has been making. It is because, they know that whether it is wrong in principle or wrong according to the letter of the law, these illegal judges will right it in their judgement.
We are in for the long haul but do not loose hope but rise up as one against this tyranny. Drastic actions calls for drastic measures by those who oppose them.

All the above members are absolute allies of the illegal IG. I feel a sense of despondency and helplessness as our last legal line of defence has been taken over by the enemy. Its more now the illegal wall of defence for the illegal IG who will be appealing everything that goes against them in the normal high court. Most of these cases will perhaps go against them. Having known the bias of Shamim, Byrne, Pathik, Mataitoga I now see an even greater obvious bias by Scutt. This old cow was on TV tonight saying all the ridiculous thing you cant imagine from a judge who are supposed to be independent. She is far from that as she openly in a public forum aired her view supporting the FHRC report on election rigging in 2006 criticising the observers who she said failed in their duties. Such allegation is wild and derogatory towards the UN EU and Commonwealth. She has to be removed immediately for her indiscretion and contemptuous public statements. I just don;t feel safe anymore now with these apologists now in control.

Well the scheming never ends…..this is all done to protect their backsides cos Naboro is on the horizon for all of them. Hide under any cloak or any high position will not alter the fact that your downfall is at the doorstep. Never loose hope people…..remember Nasir Ali saga, it won’t be long…

With her biased comments on TV tonite attacking the international observers during the 2006 general elections the Shameem sisters’ evilness and bias towards the military regime is already rubbing off onto this old cow Jocelyn Scutt. You can see the Shameem Judge bitch sticking close to this old cow throughout the high profile illegal ceremony.

Dina sara ga Maqa a Leqa. Can someone tell me where they picked up this discarded human refuse from which rubbish dump. I can see she is just another hand picked crap brought in to join the other pieces of shit lining up the judiciary bench to carry out the IGs objectives. She is now on my hate and hit list along with the others already there. One big Pote by the illegal iAG i-arse when the FLS did not turn up for the Kangaroo court session. He was almost crying during his complaint. He should accept it like a man if he is one, since very soon he will be facing even more dire consequences when he is posted to Naboro for further studies in rehab and some lessons in not to join any illegal organisation for personal glory and for trying to be too smart and think he knows everything the idiot. Very soon the house of cards the illegal IG are living in will start crumbling and come crashing down, with the kind of people they have amongst them.

Tekivuna mai ‘ice’. We need one strong voice.. only one! There are about enough of us in the resistance camp to bring this regime down. Could you be that voice; or rather, can you be that voice?

The FLS has rightly raised their concern on the comments made by the new Judge Jocelyn Scutt (or Scuttle/Scud). This must be raised with the appropriate authority to address.
This is the first time that a Judge has made public comments on a political issue raising questions on her fairness. She must be reprimanded soonest to avoid classifying Fiji’s Courts as monkey courts.
This outburst by a senior court official should be an ideal issue for the IBA to consider whether these remarks were proper or otherwise.

Judge Jocelyn Scutt (Scud)..looks like a runaway inmate of old people’s home …
February 6, 2008 at 8:23 pm
Actually….Scutt, looks like a “shaved cat”….don’t you agree!??!

Just look at the calibre of people the IG is recruiting. I guess the first and foremost criteria is do he or she support illegal activity (coup). Age and capability does not matter so long as they can fulfil the objectives and evil schemes of the illegal IG. Look at pathik he is over 80 and still milking money from taxpayers even in his senility. Shows they cant do any better than that or they need supporters which they are running low with. And then there is scud the old fart of a cow bringing in more insanity. We are definitely in a land of turmoil right now.

do not lose ppl….lets wait for the SDL courtcase next month. let the law process take its course and observe & see the judgement of court of appeal. just becoz these ‘coup apologists’ r in the supreme court we should lose hope…let the process takes its course & exhaust all avenues properly to the letter of law. wait for their judgement…becoz thats the crunch of the matter.
