For the divorce of the year between Chaudary and Archary. We will have all the latest on that and the reasons why!
Earliar today I asked for some background information on Bahadur Ali as it has come to our notice that he has become the latest best friend and dinner buddy of Robin the Hood. Our FIRCA snoop had also confirmed that he was one of the biggest beneficiary of the recent Tax Amnesty.
Well here is an instant response from regular blogger Endurance.
Bahadur Ali is the previous owner of the Valebasoga Tropic Mill. It went into receiveship some 7 years ago, his financier was Fiji Development Bank who appointed PWC to be it’s receivers. Bahadur got himself into receivership because he was not able to pay his loan repayments and FDB had some information that Bahadur was exporting his timber products off-shore and proceeds were not coming back into the country. Indirectly meaning, shifting funds illegally overseas.
Bahadur was MAHENDRA CHAUDARYs’ NO 1 enemy during LQs’ government ’cause LQ was going to give a chance to Bahadur to come up with some 6million if he wants to get Valebasoga back.
This is the one time that CHODO had the 7 demons climbing his rear as he jumped up and down rambling that it is not fair…and how can LQ come up with that kind of proposition?? He also lost his voice from yelling in the dailies saying that Bahadur is a con-man and very dirty in his dealings etc, and that those kind of busienessman should not be entertained here in Fiji. Bahadur obviously didn’t have the “dough” so Valebasoga operated on on receivership.
Meanwhile, Voceke, during 2000 coup, Bahadur was in his hit list because apparently, Bahadur financed those villages around the Labasa town area that gave problems to his Sukanaivalu Military Boys in Labasa. Rem?? how Ratu Jo Dimuri and some fellow villages ended up in the Labasa barracks??
PWC managed to revive the ailing Valebasoga Tropic Mill from a deficit of as 3million as carry forward losses.
Since the Dec 5th coup, Bahadur has been lobbying and trying to get a deal with Bainivoceke and CHOROdaury, for Valebasoga but they hated Bahadur so much that they even refuse to have an audience with him.
Until last month, everything just happened in a nick of a second, where PWC (the receivers) were told to quickly prepare the papers, FDB as well as CHOROdaury announced that Bahadur Ali will AGAIN take over the Valebasoga Tropic Mill and that IPM, Bainivoceke have endorsed this!!!
Not only that, CHOROdaury also publicly over the media said that this government will support Valebasoga and even if it is needed, taxpayers will have to finance some shortfall Valebasoga might need.
As of last two weeks, PWC packed up and handed over a fat balance of about 1.2 million CREDIT, liquidated about 95% of all outstanding creditors and a healthy mill operation environment. It was Christmas coming early to Bahadur Ali.
So there you go, SV, that is why Bahadur and Chorodaury are dinner buddies nowadays……and yes, of course, he was a beneficiary in this Tax amnesty period as that was one of the contract requirements….to have his tax up to date!!! Vaka na sara i yaloyalo…… !!
Qo me ra sa musu kau tiko o ira na noda i taukei mai Vanua Levu, varota okoya na kaisi oqo, ka se baci exportaka…qoqona tale na “koula” mai vei keda nai taukei….same old sin will be committed, transfer of funds illegally.

According to Solivakasama intelligence Frank had prepared one of his
typical highly strung attacks against Victor Lal, the author of recent
articles about the tax rorts of a senior Minister in the Illegal
Government, but it was not released to the media.
Why? Because it just might provoke Victor Lal to name who the actually
Minister is. It’s ironic how a man without a gun living on the other
side of the world has now become our best source of investigative
journalist. Hint to our local reptiles!
And it is so ironic that Fiji One TV and Radio Fiji had decided to ignore this news item outright. Why? We may ask. Why? Why? Why?
Their silence is deafening and dare we may say that certain section of the so called third estate appears very compromised following the events of 5/12!!
The Illegal PM and the Illegal Robin Hood (in name only) then tried to
get Filipe Bole, the illegal FIRCA chairman to issue a bogus statement
saying the said Minister was cleared. This was in August, however the
said Minster was busted again in September as per Victor Lal’s recent
Fiji Sun article. This would have made a complete fool of Bole just
like how the present CJ’s case is again making a complete fool of
Aiyarse. But then again we all know that Aiyarse is a complete fruit
cake, just like our very own Dick Tracey, Nazir Ali.
By the way, and who is this Bahadur Ali that has become Chaudary’s new
best mate and dinner buddy? Anybody know or can give us some
background??? Our intelligence has gathered that he was one of the
biggest beneficiary of the recent tax amnesty.
Mmmmmm, just wondering how much kachinks $$$$ our proverbial Robin
Hood would have gotten from that favour given his track record
recently???
By the way, people, read more on the now Infamous Ministerial Tax Rort
in todays Fiji Sun. First the pig ordered as per his letter to Bole three months ago to conduct an an investigation of the said Minister. This was when he was confronted with evidence by Trade Unionist Taniela Tabu. However, when asked recently by reporters, he said it was such a long time ago (3 months) that he has forgotten he had written this letter.
Again we may dare ask, is he Josaia Voreqe mentally satble enough to be our King?
Now Bole has gone ahead and said this is a mere political smear campaign. The message is now to the illegal government. What more do you want to be able to dismiss this Minister? Do you want us to start publishing scanned copies of the evidence we have for the whole world to see? This options is fast becoming the only one left since you will not accept it when we have already delievered the evidence to you via Victor Lal and Taniela Tabu.
And there is a massive witch hunt going on within FIRCA
ordered by Robin Hood as to who is our mole. It seems his teflon clothes are beginning to
fail as the mud starts to stick.
The illegal government and its supporters talk a lot about the Charter
but very little about the constitution. That shouldn’t be surprising.
You don’t expect rapists want to talk about their victims.
But there is another reason why the violators of the Constitution never
mention it and that is the fact that the Charter they trumpet is
irrelevant if you read the 1997 constitution. It provides for all of the
things that the Charter mongers go on about.
Section 44 makes specific provision for social justice and affirmative
action. It states that “The Parliament must make provision for programs
designed to achieve for all groups or categories of persons who are
disadvantaged effective equality of access to: (a) education and training;
(b) land and housing; and (c) participation in commerce and in all levels
and branches of service of the State.” It requires very specific reporting
on any legislation established for this purpose. It does not permit racial
favouritism in the guise of affirmative action.
Critics of the SDL government who feel its programmes are racial
favouritism can take the issue to a court. What the constitution doesn’t
permit is seizure of government by armed force to change programmes which
are claimed to be racially biased.
Similarly, the constitution outlaws racial discrimination against any
individual or group on the basis of (a) actual or supposed personal
characteristics of circumstances, including race, ethnic origin, colour,
place of origin, gender, sexual orientation, birth, primary language,
economic status, age or disability; or (b) opinions or beliefs, except to
the extent that those opinions or beliefs involve harm to others or the
diminution of the rights or freedoms of others; or on any other ground
prohibited by this Constitution.”
“Accordingly, neither a law nor an administrative action taken under a
law may directly or indirectly impose a disability or restriction on any
person on a prohibited ground.”
No-one can argue with the Charter’s stated aim: “To rebuild Fiji into a
non-racial, culturally vibrant and united, well governed, truly democratic
nation that seeks progress and prosperity through merit based equality of
opportunity and peace.”
The problem is the people seeking to pursue this aim have chosen the
violent seizure of power and trampling on constitutional rights of free
speech to advance this aim.
They sneer at elections as some inferior form of democracy and prefer an
elitist approach of hand-picked unelected people appointing themselves to
direct the future of the nation
It is easy to understand the military dictator seeking to hide behind this
process. At the point of staging his coup he was one step ahead of a
murder investigation. The real puzzle is why have other individuals and
groups who profess deep convictions about human rights fallen in behind
this process.
The Citizens Constitutional Forum is the clearest example. Their approach
is contrary to everything they have said they stand for. It counts as its”
first major success”, “the enactment of the 1997 Constitution, which
members felt substantially reflected the CCF’s submission and work in
bringing leaders together”
The principal long term aim of the CCF is “To build a nation in which
Fiji’s people live together in equality, justice and peace, respecting the
rule of law, under a Constitution that guarantees democracy and human
rights”.
Now they hardly mention the constitution, the rule of law and respect for
human rights. In the year 2000 Speight of violence, the CCF stood firmly
by the constitution, arguing that it provided the only way out of the
dangerous events of that year. At that point it was their Fijian
nationalist political opponents who were opposed to the constitution.
This is the kind of narrow minded hypocrisy that threatens the future
peace and stability of Fiji. If the bearded prig who has tested the
patience of many Fijian politicians over a long time with his lectures on
their evils cannot now stand up and exhort others to respect the same
rights and values he has appealed to over this time he woulbe doing
everybody, including himself, a favour if he just migrated to some other
country.
Now is the time for everybody to stand up and support the constitution-
Unlike the 1970 constitution, which was imposed by the UK, or the 1990
constitution which was imposed at the point of a gun, the 1997
constitution was endorsed by an overwhelming majority of democratically
elected representatives. If this constitution is simply abandoned because
a few people with guns don’t find it convenient at this time, Fiji’s
future is bleak indeed and the stated aim of the so-called People’s
Charter will never be achieved.

Did I dream it or did the Illegal Regime boast a while back that two
distinguished judges from Malaysia had accepted positions on the bench in
Fiji? They were appointed to fill some of the positions left by the six
Australian and NZ judges who resigned from the Court of Appeal in protest
at the arbitrary decisions of illegal acting Chief Justice Anthony Gates.
If I’m not mistaken that was almost three months ago. Where are they? Did
they get lost on the way? Or did they, like Man Weng Kwai, the
international expert they said would be head of FICAC, suddenly realize
that serving an illegal regime is hardly good for one’s standing in the
legal profession?
Talking of Malaysia, what about Dirty Driti. Wasn’t he waiting for Ramadan
to end so that a reply would be forthcoming to the request to accept him
as High Commissioner to Malaysia. I guess Malaysian manners mean that an
outright no is unlikely but they do expect other countries to understand
good manners and not force them to say no. Can it be so surprising that
they don’t want to take a thug who has been implicated in beating,
intimidation and murder?
The Malaysian malaise continues.

People better get with the times - Fijians, Taukeis or otherwise in Fiji through literacy & education are advancing very quickly indeed in education, business & politics.
With the advent of the internet & other fast forms of communications Fijians now have the ability to create & setup their own businesses, how to manage finance & market their skills effectively themselves. This is truly remarkable & the shock has been felt by others who have always degraded & diminished the Fijian race.
Education & telecommunications has given us the opportunity to extend our minds & skills. Fijians are not an ignorant, unintelligent race, we just had to be given the chance to prove ourselves & we have done this honestly & respectfully & will continue regardless of the illegal government.
Members of the ig like vore who didn’t take advantage of their education cannot stand the fact that ordinary Fijians can succeed. HELLO!
bainimaramas - no excuse, resort to nepotism for jobs in ps & navy & gross dishonesty to obtain homes, to achieve status.
one example - voreqe josaia just has to open his mouth………enough said
ganilaus - no excuse, overseas education (totally useless) paid by the governments of the time, nepotism, no ta, no qualifications, no job, no money as ta used to foot the bill with money from collapsed National Bank of Fiji, now have no repect by the Fiji citizens.
one example - $50 Ep1 owes water bills, electricity bills, small businesses & restaurants thousands of dollars still unpaid over many years.
maras - same as above - ta used to foot the bill with aid money from first world governments.
one example - none of them employable as have no skills, koila - glorified law degree from USP known to be dodgy - all eager for handouts.
Now they want to drag the rest of the Fijian race down with them - e sega sara ni rawa ni sa VULI NA KAI VITI, keimami sa vuli talega ena levu ni veivakaisini kei na tovo vakaloloma dou caka vei keda.
No more - we will not go backwards as all of you as well as chodo & co would like. This 21st century is ours - left on our own we can become as succesful as Singapore & Seychelle Islands. Nothing wrong with copying these two nations. As long as we do not have any interference from those who live in the past Fiji will succeed.
First on the agenda - get rid of the position of president - waste of taxpayers money.
Structure the constitution to suit our nation.
Anyone applying for positions in government to meet strict criterias that must not be abused as in private business.
We have so many bright young educated people who can contribute so much to the advancement of Fiji. Give the new blood a chance. Give them a go. Young people are fascinating & can teach us so much - Let’s listen to them.
This piece of corruption information was posted about a month ago but is now reposted because of popular demand:
Ooooiiiii, M Chodo…..over here, read this very carefully………………..we’re out to get your arse man and you a going down down down……..yeah nijeeee, that’s right you and your arrogant son Rajend!!!
On 8 June 2005 Rajendra Chaudhry, the son of Interim Prime Minister Mahendra Chaudhry, purchased a property in Brisbane, Australia, for $297,240. Rajendra Chaudhry bought the property when he was a mere student in Sydney, and made full settlement the same day.
Where did he get the money to pay the huge sum of money? Did his father divert some of the cash from the monies he collected overseas, and also did Chaudhry senior divert the cash after not disclosing his tax returns to FIRCA?
The Brisbane property is located at 11 Copper Cr, Griffin 4503, Brisbane. It is a four bedroom house on 600 sq m of land with 2 car spaces. It was listed for rent on 3/7/06 for rental at $305 per week by Cavalier Realty.
He did not disclose money in an Australian bank by VICTOR LAL
An Interim Cabinet Minister accused of attempted tax evasion between 1994 and 2004, and of amassing more than $1 million has again been brought to book by the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority for not disclosing funds that he held in an Australian bank.
In late September and early October, the same Cabinet Minister was also locked in intense negotiations with FIRCA after he was asked to pay $87,000. Tax experts say it could have been tax assessed for a provisional payment or settlement of the previous year in full.
When contacted FIRCA chief executive officer Jitoko Tikolevu told, the Fiji Sun, that it was a confidential matter and he would not discuss it.
According to experienced tax specialists, at the current rate of 32 per cent, if the tax payable was $87,000, it means that the Minister’s taxable income would be at least $280,000.
Now, the Minister’s tax is not on his salary in Fiji. Thus any income outside Fiji, claim tax experts, would mean that this is investment income. And, if this is income from interest, it means that the deposits in the Australian bank would be more than $1.5million.
We may recall from my earlier investigation that the same Minister was assessed $95,000 on undeclared income. It seems that the income pool of this particular Minister has continued but that the figure is lower suggests that either the Minister has shifted money out of out the tax category (like buying properties or giving out gifts) or has shifted money out of the country.
In fact, it has been established that a close relative of the Minister bought a property in Australia for nearly $300,000 and paid in cash on the same day of the purchase.
The Minister is not the only one who has to settle his taxes. Thousands of tax defaulters were in tax arrears to the tune of $168 million. And in a bid to recover these arrears, the interim Government has granted an amnesty to them from 15 October to 16 November, extended to December, to pay their tax dues.
The amnesty is in relation to all penalties if the taxpayer settled his tax arrears in full during the period of amnesty. Penalties to be waived include Income Tax (late lodgement penalty, omitted income penalty, insufficient advance payment penalty and late payment penalties) and Value Added Tax (late lodgement penalty, incorrect return penalty and the late payment penalty). >
The interim minister’s own $87,000 could have fitted into insufficient advance payment or even late payment amnesty.
What the case highlights, according to the tax experts, is the fact that there is a need for the State to investigate how the Minister amassed so much wealth. Any Cabinet Minister who acquires so much wealth within a short period of time, according to tax experts, shows prima facie evidence of corruption.
Interim Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry warned in his 2008 Budget address that: “The government would like to warn that the axe will come down heavily on those tax payers found guilty of flaunting our tax system and laws“.
We all know that the Minister being mentioned here is none other then Chodo but Victor Lal has not mentioned it publicly in his Fiji Sun Reports. I think he is baiting Mahen and when the time is right then he will go in for the coup de grace.
It is so obvious that Victor is telling the truth because Mahend Chod silence has been defeaning to date. He has uncharacteristicly not said a single word against Victor.
And notice also how they have gone realy paranoid on Qarase. Well well well, a copy of the file that Victor has is also now with LQ. Notice how they are uping the pressure on the $20 million grant to FHL, the investigation on shares and the Official Prime Ministerial residence thet LQ planned to build. Hey Pig, that house was not meant for LQ but for future PMs as a state monument. Besides, go look at the SDL 2007 Budget, it only allocated $1 million for that. Same amount that you have allocated for all the court litigation you will face in 2008 because of your incompetencies!!
They are all frightened because LQ now has all the latest details on Mahend’s tax rot and are now trying to throw mud first!!!
And as someone mentioned earliar, Chodo has now commissioned all FIRCA auditors that belong to the Under $5 million business investigation team to audit all SDL politicians tax files. These officer are paid salary to investigate and collect taxes from business so the State have revenues you idiots. Not there for your personal witch hunt and vendetta. No wonder no money for such basic things as boarding expenses for ACS students. Never in the history of Fiji has this happened.
TIME IS ON OUR SIDE BUT YOU PIGS ARE NOW LIVING ON BORROWED TIMES!
I think he suffers form the same mental problem as Vore.
Remember Nazi Ali in trouble with Andrew Hughes? Then he had a problem with Jim Koroi and then started raiding all these offices and empty them of documents without any solid proof. The Pig realised he has committed a major blunder and pulled him out of FICAC and back to Full Chow’s Police Force. Here Tele, you look after him.
Oh and remember how anytime someone was arested, he would be at the vinatage point where all the cameras focus like some comic book Dick Tracey character. More like Maxwell Smart.
Well now he is under arrest for locking up a fellow police officer for 32 hours just because he did not like him. And it seems the illegal government have finally bit the bullet and have him arrested for big time ego problem.
Eroni Antoni just could not take the shit anymore and has now had him locked up.
Moce Jo!!!
I know you are all salivating for more but relax taka. This weblog site depends on you to expose people. Have a secret to reveal then email it to us.
Concen about you identity then set up a yahoo or hotmail email account and use it.
by the way, more exposure has hit the inbox…..these guys in the illegal government has hit the point of now return and don’t care anymore. As Laisenia Qarase hinted the other day, more corruption on a grander scale has emerged and I know that LQ also has all these informations too. Just see how the Pig and Chodo have been ripping into him of late with useless and baseless rhetorics!
